Probably the best hiking in Fort Worth. It's a bit of a drive out there, but beautiful with great views of Downtown from some of the hikes.

Gorgeous hiking next to water or through the prairie. Both long and short hikes available. $7/adult entrance fee.

Multiple hiking trails that run alongside Lake Worth. You may be able to see live deer and buffalo. Dog friendly if kept on leash.

If you enjoy hiking or want to just get out of town for a bit this is a great spot to get out and see a little bit of nature.

A local escape just ~25 minutes away. Great local park on 3600 acres that has 20 miles of hiking trails and a Bison preserve.
