For booth, locals, and tourists, this is one of the favorite places in Sarajevo. Caffe "Vidikovac" is just a few minutes away from the city center and it has to offer a stunning view that will take your breath away. Since taxi is cheap in Bosnia my recommendation is to pick up a taxi and go there, a minibus is an option as well at the minibus station (above Sebilj). The expected price in one direction is around 4€.

Beautiful place for drinking coffee and smoking hookah while enjoying the view. Usually people go by taxi here, the price for the taxi drive is approximately 3.5 €.
