Glyptothek was commissioned by the Bavarian King Ludwig I to house his collection of Greek and Roman sculptures. Worth a visit!

Die beeindruckende Sammlung des antikenbegeisterten König Ludwig I. erwartet den Besucher in der Glyptothek am Königsplatz. Der prächtige Kunsttempel beherbergt griechische und römische Skulpturen wie den berühmten "Barberinischen Faun" oder die "Trunkene Alte".
