This little gem in Denver is a must-see for history buffs! Chris's dad has volunteered there for 30+ years and it's a wonderful glimpse into Denver's past.
This old stagecoach stop-turned-outdoor museum with folks dressed up in period costumes is a great way to experience Colorado history and culture. We're especially proud because our family helped establish Denver by financing early industry :) General Park & Museum Hours: $5 admission April – September Wed – Fri: Noon – 4 p.m. Sat & Sun: 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. (Closed Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day) October – March Wed – Sun: Noon – 4 p.m. (closed Thanksgiving & day after, Dec 24 & 25, Jan 1)
