It is the oldest of the four surviving watchtowers on Gozo. The earlier Garzes and Marsalforn towers were destroyed in the 18th and 19th centuries.

Beautiful sunset walk, and sunset watch next to the tower! Highly recommended for couples!

I recommend a nice walk at sunset along Xlendi bay and to the tower. Very nice views of cliff, tower and sea.

A great hike where you will admire Xlendi rugged cliffs , under the tower a seculded rocky beach with surreal limestone formations.
