KAMPUNG Kacang Putih is known throughout Malaysia. People from all walks of life throng the area during festivities or weekends to buy their favourite snacks. The Nuts sold are the same, but for the muruku and other snacks, the taste varies and what separates them is the recipe. Kacang Putih is a huge hit throughout Malaysia and people actually drive down to Ipoh just to get bulks of kacang putih for snacking purposes and the price is really cheap.
