A beautifully well maintained, very clean, quiet property, a quick 8-10 minute walk to all the fab cafes and restaurants in Taupo. Awesome indoor/outdoor flow with a great covered outdoor area. The two bedrooms are at opposite ends of the property which we loved and we each had our own ensuite. It is attached to another property, and down a shared drive with a motel, however this was no issue during our stay and we happily look forward to booking again next time we're in Taupo. Thanks for having us!

Parking good, just a brief walk to lake, shops and restaurants. Apartment was very quiet and just lovely and relaxed to come back too. There was only one thing we had a problem with although not insurmountable was the fob entry into apartments with having only one and 5 people going off in diffirent directions each day we had to do some planning for entry into the complex, I think possibley there was an intercom system but we did not look into that as only 3 days stay and very busy time for us all. But would definitely stay again.

The place is very relaxing and peaceful with modern amenities and fixtures and a view that is just stunning!

Had a great stay here with our family. The kids loved the lounge setup with the bean bags and they loved the heated pool! Great location, really nice apartment and facilities. The main bedroom is a tad noisy as it's close to the road.

We had a great stay at Pam’s house in Taupo. The house was the perfect setup for our family of 4 with plenty of space to holiday in comfort. The house was very modern, clean and spacious - very comfortable beds and equipped with everything you need to holiday away from home. Location was great - easy to get to and from town with just a short car trip away. From the house you can also spend time eating outside in the garden or walking down the steps to the river - great for children. Thank you for the warm welcome and having us stay. A place we will happily book again.

Peaceful base for our few days in Taupo. Close to places to explore including the nearby Botanical Gardens, Lakeside walk/cycleway and DeBretts Thermal pools. Apartment was clean and tidy and had everything we needed.

Perfect for 3 of us attending the supercars event over the weekend. Beautiful clean new home, friendly and responsive host.

We had a great weekend away at Ricky’s place. It was nice and quiet, a lovely home at stay at. I would recommend Ricky’s house to all my friends and family who are wanting a weekend away in Taupo.

A very handy location to stay overnight if you are planning to climb the Tongariro alpine cross! Shelley is super sweet giving crystal clear instructions pre-check-in. The place accommodation itself just feels like home. Highly recommend!

Thank you Karen & Peter for a wonderful stay. Kinloch is a safe and fun place to visit. The home is modern, well appointed and is perfect for a family, with separate wing for parents. Good double garage and a restful aspect next to a reserve which is a short walk to the lake. We would fully recommend this property and we would like to return. Karen is a great communicator. Very comfortable and beautiful home in a safe spot close to town. Had everything I need for a very comfortable stay.

Excellent accomodation. Conveniently located few minutes away from the lake and the town centre. Really clean, well stocked and the communication with Tessa went very smoothly. Recommended!

Our 3rd visit and another amazing experience! As always the lake house is spotless and beautifully kept. Despite the gloomy wet weather the house is warm and cozy, with comfortable warms beds. The perfect spot for a family getaway. A quick walk to the lake front for a coffee is a great start to the day. A great base for adventures around Taupo 10/10 recommend
