Massive open floor plan with a 10 seat table & hutch. Leather couch will easily seat 8-10 people. Semi-professional kitchen with 6 burner stove and 4 bar stools at the counter bar. Centrally located in West Mobile. By Girby rd and Hillcrest ave area. Close to interstates I10 & I45. Under 5 miles to Pilot Catastrophe and USA university. Very clean and comfortable. Fully equipped. Friends and family gatherings are welcome, not big parties. Security cameras outside property. You will not be disappointed. No smoking or vaping allowed $150 fine. If any animal is detected, you will be asked to leave without reservation fee refund. Enjoy this beautiful and safe area home!
