Tacoma Landing • Bright, Modern, Central

Our home is located in Central Tacoma. It is fully furnished with 2 beds, an open living & dining room, fully stocked kitchen, full bathroom & outdoor firepit area with a grill. This is the top level of a home that has been turned into a duplex. We rent out both spaces on Airbnb and the backyard is a shared space between both rentals! We use surveillance cameras around the exterior of the home for security. There are no cameras in the home as that would violate Airbnb’s policy.

Completely remodeled! This bright historic home is filled with charm and centered in Tacoma’s newest, most up-and-coming neighborhood. Tacoma's 6th Avenue district is located between Proctor/UPS, West Slope, and Hilltop, and has the highest concentration of restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and shopping in the city. The home is walking distance to most destinations or an easy bus ride on the #1 route. UW Tacoma, Tacoma Dome, JBLM and all hospitals are also in close proximity.

North End Cottages - The Main House

North End Cottages welcomes you to kick back & relax in stylish cottages (built in 1904 and recently fully renovated) located on a coveted dead-end street in North End Tacoma. Situated near UPS & the hospitals, North End Cottages is within 5-15 minute walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and more. North End Cottages consists of two separate houses on one property, The Main House and The Carriage House. Guests may book one or both under separate listings.

This is a very comfortable alternative to hotels with the hospitality culture. Cherry hardwood flooring throughout, a German/European feel as well. This is an ADA friendly property and the only steps (3) are on entry. Deck off the bedroom door with a small hot tub or cool tub if it’s hot out ! Street parking for one or two vehicles. Should you require 2 vehicle parking please discuss with me prior to arrival. I consider neighborhood parking etiquette very much!
