A hidden gem in the heart of the national forest. A stylish 1 bedroom self contained apartment with fully kitted open plan kitchen, tea/coffee and nespresso machine, hairdryer, 2 x TV, ironing board and iron. This is a great stopover for people flying from East Midlands airport as it's a mere 10 minute drive, the M1 and M42 motorways can be reached in minutes, it's a central location for cities such as Nottingham, Leicester, Derby and Birmingham, also close to Loughborough which is a great for visiting students. Cyclists can step out of the front door onto the NCN 6 route which leads onto the cloud trail which goes all the way to Derby. Walkers will be spoilt for choice only being minutes away from the famous Bradgate Park, Calke Abbey and Staunton Harold.

The Farmhouse B&B

A stylish self contained studio apartment with plenty of private off road parking, in the beautiful village of Coleorton. With open plan kitchen and living area equipped to cater for up to 4 guests. There is one king size bed and a double sofa bed. If you require the sofa bed for one night ONLY please supply your own bedding/towels for it. This newly renovated ground floor one bedroom annexe is situated in the heart of the National Forest on Moira Road in Shellbrook, a hamlet within the area of Ashby-de-la-Zouch, Leicestershire. With country walks on the doorstep and only a 20-minute walk into the old market town of Ashby, provides an idyllic place for walkers, cyclists, and business travellers. Nearby amenities include Hicks Lodge (National Cycle Centre), Conkers, Ashby Castle, Charnwood Forest Alpacas and Calke Abbey are a few!

Countryside Retreat with hot tub and wood burner

Serene and calm, yet conveniently situated near EMA, Melbourne, Donington race track, and the Breedon Spa. This stylish house features three bedrooms, two en-suites, and one bathroom, along with a lovely outdoor area that includes a hot tub and seating. The property boasts two reception rooms; one is equipped with a large log burner, the other offers picturesque views of the countryside, featuring an eight-seater table and a sofa bed. Parking is available for a maximum of three vehicles.

Yea Big Wing is a cozy, well equipped and comfortable annex. Completely self-contained with it's own entrance, with one car parking space allocated, whilst the drive is shared access with hosts. You can enjoy access to extensive gardens and great local Walks & Pubs. Situated in North West Leicestershire's beautiful countryside only a few miles from junction 13a A42 & junction 23 M1, making Loughborough, Leicester, Derby, Nottingham and Birmingham all around a half hour car journey.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful retreat! Enjoy the serene country views while relaxing in your own private hot-tub. Spacious 2 bedroom pods in rural country village setting with an onsite pub offering a variety of beverages, pool table, beer garden, wood burning stove and friendly locals! Food vans are now to frequent the site over weekends, bank holidays and half term/summer holidays. We will keep you updated A minimum stay of 2 nights please.
