Il Fienile ha due piani da 60 mq(120mq tot): al piano primo l'ampia e luminosa zona giorno e al piano terra la camera con bagno. È presente un giardino privato arredato.

The apartment is located 50 meters from the beach and 300 meters from the city center. The entire apartment, including the balcony, offers a beautiful sea view. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils and appliances (kettle, toaster, microwave with grill function, filter coffee machine, Nespresso machine, Moka pot, dishwasher). Guests of our apartment can park for free in all blue parking zones throughout the city.

Villa in the hills from the beginnings of 1900, renovated in the 80ies. Spreads over 3 levels: ground floor, 1st and attic for about 250 sqm. On private road. The rooms were built inside the recently restored Roncade Castle Tower. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom, air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi. Breakfast is included. The Castle is located in a quiet country village 15 minutes from Treviso and 30 minutes from Venice, 30 km from the beaches and served by public transport. Inside, there's a winery that sells locally produced wines.
