We stayed here for one weekend and had a great stay. The house was clean, cozy, and in a great location for skiing at Beech Mountain!

The house was beautiful and clean. Brooke was quick to respond with any questions or issues we had. She even ordered an electric griddle for us so we didn't have to bring one. One of the bedrooms listed had two twins instead of a king and the beds weren't the best. Additonally, there was only 1 shower (second bathroom had a tub) however we made do and still had a wonderful time :)

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful chalet. The beds are very cozy, and the location was fantastic! We loved being able to see the slopes from the back deck. We will definitely be booking this home again. Thank you for a great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Mountain Chalet! It was perfect for a short ski weekend. It is only a 5 minute drive to the slopes and restaurants. The hot tub was the perfect touch during this cold winter season. One thing to note, is parking is very limited. We were able to squeeze 2 trucks and 1 mid-size car, however, if traveling with larger vehicles, this would cause an issue. The airbnb was clean for the most part, however, we did notice that some of the comforters on the beds weren't the cleanest, and the showers needed some attention. However, besides that, it was a great place to stay for a weekend getaway at Beech Mountain.

Perfect size and location for us. Truly at the base of Sugar Mountain Ski, very convenient for a ski getaway. Would be perfect other times of the year to visit Boone, Banner Elk, Grandfather Mountain.... Easy weekend or longer. Amenities at the house are convenient, in the kitchen and bathrooms. Will stay again if we visit the area.

we had a really great time staying here and was just right down the road from beech mountain so was easy coming and going for our skiing trip. Very cozy and comfortable place which we would stay at again in a heartbeat. Thanks again for a wonderful stay

This is our second year staying at Steve’s place at Beech Mountain, and it was just as great as the first time! Seeing the sunset off the balcony was gorgeous and the kitchen was fully stocked for us to be able to cook meals after a long day of skiing. We also appreciated the little touches like flashlights and Hot Hands for late night walks.

Great family AirBnb time. Specious bedrooms and great bathrooms. Every thing was provided for a fabulous time. Thanks

Charlotte was a proactive and communicative host. Her home had everyting we needed, we enjoyed the beautiful views, and we appreciated being close to a grocery store, restaurants, and many activities.

This place was perfect for our family of 6. We had 4 younger kids with us that loved the bunk room. We enjoyed the beautiful views with the snow. The garage was extremely helpful with the snow. The neighborhood had the roads plowed and cleared by 6:30AM each day. The kitchen was well stocked pot, pans, dishes, etc. The host was perfect and responsive. Instructions for the house were very clear. It was an easy drive to Boone for restaurants and necessities. We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay. We stayed at this location for a week and took a small vacation where we worked a couple of days but played a couple of days. The internet is great and if you need to work, I would recommend this location. Beautiful scenery and close to Boone, Blowing Rock, and Banner Elk via scenic roads. Fred's Mercantile has a lot of necessaries, if you forget something. The home itself was immaculate and homey. It was just the right amount of decor and not overly crowded. Also a great location to see wildlife.

We snuck away to David's bnb for a quick family get away. The home was so peaceful with beautiful views and plenty of space for us and our children. Close enough to stores and restaurants to not feel totally isolated but far enough away that you hear no noise and feel secluded. We will definitely be back - especially during slope season! :)

Fue muy lindo hospedarnos en este lugar es maravilloso el ambienté ,escuchar el sonido del río y ver los venados tan cerca es increíble realmente volveríamos. El anfitrión Jeanine muy amable responsable y respetuoso y respondió a todas mis preguntas durante el viaje y la estancia.
