Metro/tram 1.8miles away- Old Trafford only 5 stops on the tram!! M56 is 5-10 minutes away. Lovely local walks/cycling on the doorstep too.

It is surrounded by beauty spots, parks, nature reserve, shops, restaurants, transport links and a nearby pub.
