Luisa reageerde snel en stond direct voor me klaar. Ik stuurde rond 19:00 een bericht of ik in haar Airbnb mocht verblijven en ik kon er dezelfde avond nog in! Ze stond me op te wachten bij de accommodatie. Luisa is vriendelijk, communiceert duidelijk en is altijd bereikbaar. De accommodatie is mooi, ligt op een fijne afstand van belangrijke plekken en was erg schoon. Ik raad het iedereen aan om hier te verblijven als je in Kaapstad bent!! Het zwembad is ook een heerlijke toevoeging en het beveiligingspersoneel is erg vriendelijk.

There are many highlights about this apartment. First, the location, very near all the CBD has to offer and right in the middle of the city. Second, the nice state of the main amenities, like a good mattress, A/C in the bedroom, 4-burner cooktop, complete set of kitchen appliances, a Samsung TV and a nice shower. Third, the view from the apartment, especially at night. Fourth, the communication with the hosts who did everything they could to address issues that happened. Fifth, the building is on the electricity grid of the Parlament, so no power outrages! Good to mention that the general state of the building is not good, the gym is in a bad condition and doesn't have any fans or A/C. The pool is small and also not very inviting. The common washing machine is not well maintained so you will need to wash your clothes at a laundry shop. All in all I would definitely recommend this place, the pros outweigh the cons by far and I still think it's a 5-star overall!

Nice big and clean apartment (I would even say very clean, compared to my other experiences in Cape Town). Secure building with fingerprint access. Very central: park, supermarkets, restaurants nearby. No loadshedding. Minor downsides: busy road (with closed windows it’s OK), shared washing machine (one per to apartments). Overall impression was good, would definitely recommend and stay again myself.

The place is so beautifully decorated and the location is nestled away so nicely you forget that you are close to a mall or highway. Will definitely try to come again.

We enjoyed our time in Grant & Jan’s place, they provided everything we needed and more. The check-in was easy, Kim was there to welcome us and was always available for anything we needed. She’s a very kind host. The kitchen had all the necessities and extras, the place was clean with extra linen provided.

Nicole was a fantastic host and we were very appreciative of her communication from before check-in, throughout our stay, and checkout. When there was a water issue in the building (not the host's fault at all), she was incredibly proactive in sending updates on the service status and checking in. The flat was a beautiful space and fully equipped, just as pictured in the photos, and my husband and I were able to work remote very comfortably with very fast WiFi. The secure parking and building were a plus, and the surrounding blocks had a lot of great restaurants (it felt safe and walkable in the surrounding blocks). There was also a great nail salon next door! :)

Nice little place with a great view

We stayed in Cape Town for 4 days and Anna's place was ideal. Her fantastic flat was in a very well managed building with friendly staff. The view was from the 29th floor was to die for. The location in Bree St was central with a wide choice of restaurants. From the start of our booking to the end Anna was an exceptional host whose flat was immaculate, modern and tastefully arranged. If we were to visit Cape Town we would love to stay in the flat again. Anna's flat comes with our highest recommendation as well Anna as a host. Thank you Anna. Gary & Denise

Great Air bnb central enough to the waterfront and short walk from a luggage storage place and restaurants and bars! Super friendly and responsive host, gave detailed instructions and was easily contactable.

Our experience was absolutely fantastic! Loriane was exceptionally communicative, making everything seamless from start to finish. We had several questions and requests upfront, and she went out of her way to respond to them and accommodate us. Any follow-up questions once we arrived was answered promptly. Again, she went out of her way to ensure that everything was working. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described (if not better!), with thoughtful touches that made my stay extra special. The location was convenient, safe and easy to access, and we felt completely at home. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay and would happily return in the future. Tanya was thee absolute best ,a perfect host ,very helpful aswell as her helper ,the place was easy to find and I must say the pictures don’t do it any justice it’s a beautiful place clean and the kitchen has everything we needed for our stay ,the pool kept the kids busy as it was so hot ,she even gave us an extra day 🌸I must say she was one of the kindest individuals that have ever hosted me ,I appreciate all she did for myself and my family ..

First off, Belinda is a fantastic host—extremely responsive and clear in her instructions. In addition to Belinda’s great hosting, there’s a housekeeper and a gardener who are both incredibly kind and maintain the house in top form. The house itself is very spacious and even more impressive than the photos suggest. It features three large indoor kitchen areas and an outdoor Braai. If you love cooking, this place is a dream come true! The pool is wonderful, though it does occasionally collect pollen and leaves from the neighbors’ trees. The house can comfortably accommodate six adults, but we stayed with just two adults and a baby for most of our stay. It’s located in a very quiet neighborhood, just a five-minute drive from Stellenbosch. There’s plenty to do nearby, offering the perfect balance of being close to Stellenbosch’s lively city center while still enjoying the peace and quiet. Definitely a place we would love to come back to!

We had a very comfortable stay. This is a great place to sleep after a busy day on the beach!

We loved our stay at Bianca’s wonderful home. The outlook onto the lake was serene, the house had everything we needed and the beds were comfy with great linen. Bianca is a fantastic host who provides thorough information and is immediately contactable and super friendly. The estate offers endless activities so it’s impossible to get bored. We will definitely be back!

From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. Nick is an excellent host. His home is very welcoming and it had everything we needed. All we had to do was buy food, it has all the condiments, spices, coffee, tea, dishwashing and clothes washing stuff we needed. It’s our first time in an Airbnb and we were blown away by how it had everything and felt so at home. The garden and pool was great for the sunny afternoons and the braai was great in the evenings. I would highly recommend Nicks place!

I truly enjoyed my time here and the nearby beaches in the area. I will definitely stay longer in the future. I fell in love with CapeTown. What an amazing house. You have everything there especially the swimming pool. my kids were in the pool half of the time. Lots of amenities like pizza oven and huge braai area.
