The loft, with vaulted ceilings and beautiful tile and woodwork throughout, is settled behind the main house, and includes a comfortable king bed, modern decor, fold down couch, well functioning kitchen, and access to hot tub. Kenton has great food, retail shops, and bars two blocks away, and guests are a short MAX train ride to Downtown. LGBTQ+ and rec. marijuana friendly. Fully furnished and private one-bedroom 1st floor apartment (newly built in 2021) in the heart of NE Portland. Located in a quiet residential area. Shared salt water spa in backyard. Queen bed in the bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living area. Will sleep 4 comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped: full sized refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. High speed WiFi, cable TV and large dining room table. Walking distance to many restaurants and coffee shops. Two blocks from Irving Park.

Our large (1,500sq ft) space (private access), has a bedroom, bathroom, living room w/ a fireplace, hot tub, full gym as well as a kitchenette w/ full sized fridge, keurig, microwave, air fryer, toaster oven, single burner, and laundry facility. Smart tvs, hammocks and a rooftop firepit are in the outdoor entertainment area. LGBT & BIPOC friendly. Gym, hot tub and laundry are shared with owners but guests have priority access. Close to Mt Hood Wilderness (45mins) & Downtown Portland (15mins).

Lovely, light-filled, peaceful, spacious, newly built sanctuary cottage w/small enclosed, private backyard in quaint neighborhood. Amenities: heated concrete floors, queen bed, washer/dryer, rain shower, skylights, wifi, parking, workspace, TV, kitchen, fan, air conditioner, shared hot tub. Walk/bike/bus to shops, bars & restaurants on Fremont & Sandy to enjoy the local fare and vibe. By car: 10 min to PDX, 5-7 min to Hollywood & Alberta Districts, 15-20 min to Downtown, Pearl, NW Districts.

Beautifully-restored historic home in the Sunnyside neighborhood. With a very high walk score, you're within blocks of restaurants, parks, food carts and more. The home has a newly remodeled kitchen and bathroom with custom closets and wide-plank pine floors. The relaxing backyard includes tranquil ponds, covered gazebo, hot tub and seasonal garden. Well-behaved pets are welcome with a $50 pet fee. Unfortunately, we can no longer accommodate large groups or parties due to issues with noise.
