This cosy home has full kitchen facilities, new bathroom/laundry facilities although we retained the SHOWER ABOVE THE BATH in keeping with the era. This may not suit the elderly. It has a large secure backyard & plenty of parking for cars, boats. Walking distance to Centrepoint Shopping Centre, town centre, great cafes, restaurants, cinemas & the Entertainment Centre.

Located at the back of the main house, this fully contained and wheelchair-friendly guesthouse is only a walking distance to Maiden Reserve and less than 2 km to Mindalong Beach. Quiet street. Can accomodate a total of three people as there is an option of a single mattress. Walking distance to queens garden, great for jogging and walking. Family pool optional.
