What a beautiful place! Even better than advertised. Lidia made it simple to find the place and met me there to give me the key and show me around. It is literally less than a 5 minute walk to the Duomo and dozens of restaurants and bars, two grocery stores, and boutique shops. Lidia supplied a variety of breakfast items. Stayed 3 nights, would happily stay longer. One of the best AirB&B’s I have used. Thank you, Lidia

We were able to make a very last-minute reservation to stay at Terry's Airbnb earlier this month. The space was absolutely wonderful! It's in a very peaceful setting and the apartment is extremely well appointed and very clean. Terry made us feel very much at home. She even had AMAZING home baked bread and incredible olive oil waiting for us when we checked in. She also had the home stocked with cereal, milk, coffee, etc. It was just perfect. The home is extremely spacious with a living/dining/kitchen area, as well as a bedroom and bathroom. On site laundry was also available for a very small fee. The home is also stocked with books and games. Terry is a truly amazing and welcoming host and we love the opportunity to stay at her home in the future.

Nico‘s place sits on a beautiful piece of property atop a hill overlooking Montepulciano. You can walk around the hill and see a 360° view of amazingTuscany. The pool is beautiful and the grounds are well manicured but natural, making for a peaceful, quiet retreat. The architecture of this historic setting is gorgeously Tuscan yet super comfortable, attractive, and functional. Nico and his team are wonderfully pleasant, super helpful, and there if you need them. We feel very fortunate to have discovered this opportunity. We will definitely be back.

Das Haus und die Lage sind einfach ein Traum! Herzlichen Dank, liebe Christine und lieber Christian, dass ihr uns diesen wunderschönen Ort zur Verfügung gestellt habt! Wir haben eine Woche mit unserer kleinen Tochter (2 Jahre) in diesem traumhaften Haus verbracht und jede Minute genossen. Die umliegenden Ausflugsziele sind fantastisch, und der grosse Garten lädt zum Entspannen und Verweilen ein. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend. Stephanie, unsere Kontaktperson vor Ort, hat uns herzlich empfangen, uns alles ausführlich erklärt und war jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar. Sie hatte auch tolle Tipps für Lebensmittelgeschäfte. Christine war mit ihrer Familie ebenfalls einige Tage vor Ort, und es war eine Freude, sie kennenzulernen. Es war spannend, mehr über die Geschichte des Hauses zu erfahren. Insgesamt waren wir rundum zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt und können dieses Ferienhaus nur wärmstens empfehlen! Vielen Dank für alles!

Annalisa's place was lovely. The kitchen was very well equipt, the blankets and towels were very nice. It felt luxurious getting into bed each evening under the big fluffy blanket. The apartment was very comfortable. Annalisa also provided wonderful suggestions for things to do in the area like museums, thermal baths, medieval towns, iconic tuscan vistas etc. We also went for some nice walks on the local roads which were not very busy and the views were gorgeous. We really enjoyed our stay here and will certainly return.

Leonella è una proprietaria di casa meravigliosa. Dal check-in al check-out ti guiderà passo passo, con estrema gentilezza e disponibilità, ad ogni ora. L'appartamento è situato in pieno centro in una stradina molto tranquilla. Inoltre è fornito davvero di tutto. Dalla cucina con i vari utensili e stoviglie, alla lavatrice. Uno dei migliori B&B dove ho alloggiato. Grazie!

Wow! The best stay of our trip! Carolina is an absolute delight and went out of her way to organize a pizza making class for us and gave us phenomenal local recommendations. The space is beautiful, peaceful, and historic and the sights around the area were spectacular. Carolina even shared the very cool history and renovation process of the property with us. I would highly recommend this property!

La maison est aussi belle que sur les photos. Elle est aussi très agréable à vivre. La grande piscine fait le bonheur des petits comme des grands. Le terrain entièrement clôturé est un réel plus, notre chien a pu explorer les lieux en toute autonomie. Tout est fait pour que les visiteurs passent de merveilleuses vacances. Nous avons également profité de l’huile d’olive et des légumes frais apportés par le maraîcher d’à coté. Catharine est une hôte adorable et très disponible. Nous reviendrons !

We were very impressed with the location. The old fort is very authentic and a great location overlooking the harbour. Don’t have a a lot of luggage as the steps from the moat up to the accommodation level are steep. Also, a large car may struggle to get through the automated door. We loved the unusual location and were able to walk down to the harbour and all the splendid restaurants. Takes about 15 minutes !

Such a lovely villa. Beautifully arranged with perfect amount of space for our group of 8. The villa has everything you need. The pool was lovely and warm even without being heated. Margherita, the local host, was amazing - so helpful. Would definitely come back.

We stayed at Mel's Casa Luca in March 2025 for over a week. Tucked away yet near medieval Campagnatico, it’s 5 minutes from the E78 to Grosseto/Siena, 15-20 minutes to Grosseto, and 30 minutes to the sea. Casa Luca, one of three stone farmhouses on what is essentially an olive farm, offers resort-like amenities which are shared with the guests of the other 2 houses: a trampoline, large pool, and ample walking space. Casa Luca is a single-storey house with two bedrooms with plenty of storage, comfy beds, an open-plan kitchen/dining/living area with Netflix, a big bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen. Outside, there’s a private garden, terrace, BBQ. There is also a shared bakehouse with a pizza oven and huge dining table. We loved it and highly recommend it!

Świetnie nam się mieszkało. Enrica i jej mąż są świetnymi ludźmi, którzy chętnie pomagali i zawsze reagowali pozytywnie na nasze potrzeby. Bardzo polecamy tę lokalizację osobom ceniącym spokój i prywatność.

Quiet and large airbnb in the heart of Montalcino. Especially great is the washer and dryer.

Marcella is a wonderful hostess and the apartment was perfect for our two families. The apartment terrace is especially unique - it provides wonderful views and a sense of privacy to enjoy the beautiful Tuscan landscape. The pool and the grounds are also wonderful for kids.

Oikein viihtyisä huoneisto kahdelle henkilölle. Maisema huoneiston ikkunasta ja terassilta on uskomattoman kaunis. Pihalla on myös suuri uima-allas, mutta harmiksemme olimme majoittumassa huhtikuun lopulla, niin allas ehti olla auki anoastaan yhden vuorokauden oleskelumme aikana (aukeaa vasta toukokuussa). Jos olet innokas ruuanlaittaja, niin on hyvä huomoida, että keittiössä on ruuanlaittoväleineitä aika rajoitetusti. Rita on kuitenkin erittäin auttavainen ja saimme paistinpannun käyttöömme heti kun sitä kysäisimme. Pihalla on myös viihtyisä grilliausalue yhteiskäytössä muiden majoittujien kanssa. Toivottavasti meillä on joskus mahdollisuus mennä uudestaan, jotta pääsisimme nauttimaan enemmän myös allasalueesta.

Trevligt ställe att bo på. Massor att upptäcka runt om. Ej så dyrt som Toscana. Vill du lära känna Umbria så är det rätta platsen. Bil är ett måste. Trivdes jätte bra. Det var väldigt varm i år men poolen hjälpte för att avsvalka sig. Stället rekommenderas varmt. Anke och hennes man är väldigt uppmärksamma personer och gjort allt för att man skall trivas.

Eravamo in 4 amiche per un weekend e ci siamo sentite davvero coccolate! Il piccolo borgo dove si trova il casale è un luogo da cartolina, a soli 15 minuti di auto dal Lago Trasimeno e altri borghetti tipici. L'appartamento è curato nei minimi dettagli, confortevole, elegante e tradizionale.

Gorąco polecam apartament, był w pełni wyposażony, przestronny, cichy, z cudownym widokiem na morze i port i góry, widok,było ogrzewanie, czyste ręczniki, pościel itp. Bardzo przestronny taras, był kominek z którego można było skorzystać, wygodne łóżko. Dostaliśmy garaż co jest wartością dodaną w tej okolicy. Właściciel komunikatywny, dostępny, miły i służący pomocą. Można wypocząć i się zrelaksować….polecam

Luigi e la compagna Pamela sono due persone squisite e alla mano. Pamela si è subito mostrata gentile, disponibile e proattiva nel soddisfare eventuali richieste.Luigi è simpatico gentile e fa sentire subito a casa propria. L'appartamento è a dire poco stupendo... Nuovo, ben arredato, spazioso, pulito, fornito di tutti gli accessori utili per vivere come a casa propria. Abbiamo persino trovato la Play Station 5 che in descrizione non era indicata. La TV 50/60 pollici è completa di molti canali con film (presenti Netflix, Disney e tante altre applicazioni) che, in caso di pioggia, fanno la differenza. La casa è posizionata in mezzo alla natura incontaminata e non facile da trovare al primo colpo....ma con curiosità e voglia di esplorazione si arriva. Una volta trovata dopo aver inserito il codice di sicurezza,si resta a bocca aperta.Sicuramente sarà ancora una meta da raggiungere. Ringraziamo Luigi e Pamela per tutto.
