This lovely 3 bed/2.5 bath plus bonus room is in north Silverdale. It’s located on a modest lot with lots of privacy. The house backs up to a green belt and has an abundance of trees surrounding the subdivision. This house has an updated kitchen and bathrooms with great areas for hanging out with 2 living rooms. Both living rooms have 65” TVs with nice sectional sofas. The kitchen is well appointed and has all necessary utensils and appliances. The bonus area has games and enough beds for 6!

The Landing at Oyster Bay is an aviation themed waterfront home in a prime location for kayaking, paddle boarding, hiking, touring Seattle, and exploring the Hood Canal and Mt. Rainier. Come for the location, but stay for all the amenities! From the provided kayak, SUP, yard games, an abundance of board games, and fun aviation décor this house will sure to keep the whole family entertained! The waterfront backyard provides constantly changing serene views as the tides fluctuate through the day!

The Waterwheel at Black Pearl — a private over-water retreat on Dyes Inlet, with its own sauna, king bedroom, and waterfront deck. Wake to the sound of the working waterwheel just outside, or step straight down to the beach. The private lower level of The Helm, available standalone when The Helm is unbooked. The Carriage House sits up a steep driveway, surrounded by towering Douglas Firs and majestic Maples. Modern and newly renovated, the Carriage House apartment loft is fully furnished with everything you need for a relaxing stay. A panoramic view of the Olympic Mountains will inspire and amaze all those who stay in the Carriage House. Ten minutes to the Seattle ferry, and the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard . A washer(cold water only) and a dryer are in the Cartiage House laundry room.

The Flowering Cottage

This is the original homestead on the farm, built in 1923. It has been lovingly restored into guest quarters. During weddings on our flower farm, it is the space in which our brides get ready. You will be able to wander the farm and explore the flower gardens. We offer u-pick bouquets. Seasonally, we are open Fridays to the public and our flower bar is stocked with an assortment of lovely blooms for you to create a perfect arrangement.
