The Wedgwood Nest

Get cozy in a charming hideaway with all the comforts of home at an arm's reach. Brew a pot of local pour-over coffee and plan an excursion into the city from a couch in a sunny window. Wedgwood Nest is a converted 400 sq. ft., private backyard cottage located near the University of Washington and Seattle Children’s Hospital. The Nest is a 5 minute walk to two bus lines, one of which connects with Seattle’s Light Rail system. The Nest is 7 miles (about 30 minutes) from downtown by bus or about 20 minutes by car in moderate traffic and is also located near bike trails. The Nest is a beautiful, inviting and private converted detached garage with YOU, the Airbnb guest, in mind. The space is complete with a kitchenette which includes a fridge, two-burner cooktop, toaster oven, coffee maker and microwave; a washer/dryer, generous walk-in shower, queen size bed and sleeper sofa complete the space. A keyless entry makes it a breeze to get into the cottage. Access The Nest by walking up the driveway and through a latched gate into the backyard. You will receive an entry code for the keyless lock along with check-in instructions prior to your stay. I run my own business and often work from home--I enjoy meeting guests as time allows. If we don’t connect in person during your stay, rest assured I am always available to respond to your questions via email, phone, and text. (Text is preferred method of communication). The cottage, Wedgwood Nest, is near the University of Washington and Seattle Children’s Hospital. It's a 5-minute walk to two bus lines, one of which connects to the new Light Rail system. Walk to coffee shops, a yummy local bakery, and a gym. We are a busy family with 10 year old twins. They are happy and busy kids. They are at school during the day, but are often found playing outside in the backyard after school and during the weekends, but they know to be respectful of your privacy. We are proud to showcase art and furniture by local artist in our cottage. All artwork is for your enjoyment and if you love a special piece, it can be purchased!

Adorable Richmond Beach 1-bedroom

This adorable brand new construction 1-bedroom guest house is located next door Kruckeberg Botanic Gardens and is tucked away in the desirable Richmond Beach area. The home private from the main house and close to the Seattle area. Just a 5 minute drive to Richmond Beach Saltwater Park with breathtaking views of Puget Sound. Close distance to coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. A 10-minute drive to downtown Edmonds with excellent shopping and wine bars, and a 20-minute drive to downtown Seattle

Eclectic decor includes antique bathroom, claw foot tub with optional shower, an open kitchen you can really cook in, coffee nook & a dinning room area, full living room, bedroom, closets etc. Private drive & parking. The bus stops in front. Neighborhood has lots of trees, views of snow capped mountains, short drives to beaches, international restaurants. 12 mi to Seattle.

Cottage/Finnish Sauna Amongst the Cedars

We use CDC guidelines as close as possible & leave 48+ hours between guests for your/our safety. Enjoy our secluded park like setting, comfy bed, sauna, homemade bread/jam, huge cedar trees, sitting areas, golf chipping, horseshoes (seasonal). Close to SEA via ferry ride from Bainbridge Is. (30 min. drive) or 10 min. to Kingston ferries (walk-on or car). Near beach, golf (White Horse GC) & miles of hiking/biking trails, close to shopping & restaurants. Good for couples/singles. Lake Forest Cabin

The cabin has been newly upgraded and will be your secluded retreat about 30 feet behind the main house with a separate entrance and covered parking space. Enjoy your retreat with a full kitchen, and countertop island. The cabin has one bedroom, one sofa bed and sleeps up to 3 people. Wake up with birding chirping, surround yourself with trees, and enjoy a freshly made cup of espresso. Located in a safe, quiet, and green neighborhood, but you are not far from the heart of Seattle.

Our romantic sea-and-mountain view apartment located a few minutes north of Seattle's Ballard neighborhood has a private entrance with self check-in, and sleeps up to 4 adults. Features a full kitchen with dishwasher, dining area, full bath, patio area with seating, gas BBQ, desk with iMac, free internet, living room with 55” LED TV & DirecTV, plus off-street/private parking. Shared common areas outside include the in-ground gas fire pit, upper deck, and landscaped yard.

Close to everything the area has to offer, Phoebe's Pine Cone cottage is a great place to call home base during your Washington/Seattle travels. The cottage, which is on the back of the property, is comfortably and stylishly furnished. You'll have a fully equipped kitchen, covered front porch, 50' TV, super comfy beds and a firepit outside for your relaxation! Very close to light rail for visits into the city!
