The accommodation is an 8–10 minute walk from the lively Hongdae area and about 10 minutes from Yeonnam-dong. There are many great cafes and restaurants nearby, offering a peaceful stay in a convenient location. The house is fully equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and a kitchen, making it ideal for longer stays and group trips. Since we traveled with elders, we often ended our day early and brought back takeout for dinner. The kitchen allowed us to cook simple meals or reheat food, with a microwave and oven available. Ready-to-eat rice packs are easily found at nearby convenience stores, which is very convenient for those used to eating rice. All three bedrooms are spacious enough to comfortably open two 23-inch suitcases each, providing plenty of room. Overall, it’s a great place for family or group travel.

Soluna is a great host! She was always very attentive and flexible with our check-in and check-out schedule. We loved the place and the beds, they are really comfortable and the kitchen utensils seem to be quite new and very nice. The neighborhood is really great with tons of cafes and restaurants around, many nice walkable streets as well. I would definitely come back!

I had a great stay at Sang Gil's rental. Everything was clean and he was very accommodating with early check in and helping me with my bags. I did forget to check the listing for an elevator and didn't realize there wasn't an elevator and the apartment is on the 4th floor, but that's my own fault. I got some much needed exercise. Most attractions were 30-45 taxi ride(Gangnam, Namdaemun, Myeongdong.) I enjoyed the residential neighborhood and the lack of tourists. Haha. Definitely would rent here again! Love the huge terrace and household was fully stocked.

장점- 숙소가 깨끗하고 예쁨 엘베가 있어서 오르내리기 편했음 바베큐 하기가 좋을것 같음 야외나 내부에 테이블이 커서 좋음 보일러도 잘되고 두명이 지내기에 딱 좋음(그 외 인원은 조금 불편할 것 같음) 휴지나 물티슈를 넉넉하게 구비해 놓으셔서 편리했음 가까운곳에 편의점이 있어서 좋음 주차가 편리함 단점- 화장실이나 주방이 외부에 있다보니 비올때는 좀 불편함 티비가 없어서 아쉬움 새벽에 천장쪽에 창문으로 빛이 들어와서 안대 필수

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce logement. La vue que le toit est incroyable, les chambres sont très bien. Difficulté avec les escaliers mais ça après c'est notre point de vues, en soit on y était très bien.

Luke was so responsive and attentive before and throughout our entire stay! It was our first time in Seoul and it was so nice to be able to stay in a quiet neighborhood like Mangwon, while still being conveniently located near the Mangwon station and close to Hongdae without being in the middle of a touristy crowd! There were so many cute cafes and restaurants located around our airbnb as well! Luke's space was a peaceful retreat at the end of each day!

재방문의사 100프로 숙소입니다~~😆 언니와 조카들 남편까지 모두가 만족한 숙소였고, 일정으로 인해 일찍체크인 못하고 다음날 아침 빠르게 체크아웃한것도 너무 아쉽습니다ㅠㅠ 편하고 아늑하고 침구류 깨끗하고 방문객을 배려하는 요소들로 꾸며져있는듯해 기분좋게 자고 나왔습니다~~ 골목길이라 주차공간이 없었지만 친절히 근처 주차장도 찾아주시고 그외에도 앞 골목에 하나씩 공유된(거주자우선) 유료주차장이용하시면 편리하게 지낼수 있을듯 합니다. 가족들, 친구들, 어떤모임이든 즐겁게즐길수있을것같습니다~~~^^

신축건물이고 집안모든 빌트인 장치(히터,보일러 등)들이 좋았습니다. 주변이 깨끗하고 조용했어요. 서울로 특히 강남쪽으로 들어가기 편하고 빨랐어요(30-40분). 빨래/청소기를 따로 4층가서 해결해야하긴 했지만 적응하니 괜찮았어요. 체크인 체크아웃 모든 편하고 원활했습니다. 다시 한국방문시 다시 이용할 의향있어요. 가족들에게도 추천하고 싶어요.

Tyra was a lovely host. You can tell she cares about her home, and providing a good experience for guests. Some delicious restaurants within minutes! Would recommend.

Jake was an excellent host, very helpful and great to communicate with. His apartment was quite spacious and has a big balcony which got morning sun. The area felt very safe and had lots of nice cafes and restaurants. Also close to the train stations and bus.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad . Het appartement ligt in een gezellige wijk met veel restaurants en ov dichtbij. Hierdoor ligt het heel centraal. Sunny is een superfijne host: Ze communiceert proactief, is heel attent en reageert snel. Dank!

We had an amazing stay at this apartment! The hosts were incredibly kind and did everything they could to make us feel welcome—we truly felt at home. The apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious, and the beds were super comfortable. The location was perfect—just a 5-minute walk to Hongik Station. The Hongdae area is full of great restaurants, cafés, and things to do. A fun detail: the apartment is located right above the popular barbershop The Days Hair—we all got our hair cut there and highly recommend it! Even though the apartment is in a lively student neighborhood, it was quiet at night and we all slept very well. We'd absolutely love to stay here again!

Мы останавливались в этой квартире в Сеуле, и это было просто идеально — настоящий восторг! Квартира продумана до мелочей: матрасы и подушки — как облако, спали невероятно комфортно. Дизайн потрясающий, всё стильное и уютное, чувствуешь себя как в журнале. Оборудование на высоте: от современной техники до электро-мельницы для соли и перца — мелочь, а так приятно! Хозяева оставили приветственные напитки, что сразу создало тёплую атмосферу. Полотенца мягкие и идеальные, а терраса — просто мечта: с огоньками, бокалами, невероятно инстаграмная и атмосферная, особенно вечером. В квартире есть все, что есть дома. Кофе машина сразу в ♥️ Расположение тоже порадовало: квартира в доме с магазином внизу, что оказалось суперудобно, особенно в дождь — никуда не нужно бежать. Всё работало безупречно, Wi-Fi летает, тишина для отдыха идеальная. Это место, где хочется остаться подольше! Хозяевам огромное спасибо за такой уровень заботы. Рекомендую всем, кто ищет не просто жильё, а настоящий wow-опы

Very good location, quiet, great view, easy to reach by public transport, good communication with the host, perfect for a week in Seoul! Definitely recommend! :)

The space is just right. Location is good too, very near subway. We were pleasantly surprised with the basket of goodies. We ate, drink and watch Netflix on that mobile TV. That was how comfortable we were.

It was my first time travelling to Korea, so I was initially worried but Jungwon welcomed me so warmly and even helped me carry my luggage up the stairs! It was lovely to meet Jungwon, and they were very understanding with my delay when I checked out. The airbnb is small, but in a cozy way. The rooftop view was lovely to wake up to as well. The only things that may concern others could be the separated bathroom and then the lack of an elevator. The bathroom is not connected to the main area of the airbnb, so you would have to exit the main door to get to the bathroom, and the airbnb is located at the top floor but there is no lift, meaning you would have to trek up 5 flights of stairs, but these were not big problems for me! The airbnb is also located in a good area, and is near both Jamsil Station and Songpanaru Station, which was super convenient! It was a wonderful stay at this airbnb, and I hope to cross paths once again in the future! Thank you~

Long story short: it was just amazing and the perfect fit! Chloe was an exceptional host—friendly, responsive, and truly thoughtful. From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The apartment itself exceeded my expectations: modern, clean, and full of charm. It had everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location is also a huge plus. It’s close to bus stops and within walking distance of the nearest underground station, making it super easy to get around the city. There are countless shops, cafés, and restaurants in the neighborhood, so you’ll never run out of options for dining or picking up anything you might need. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

전체적으로 숙소 컨디션 및 호스트의 친절도는 만족합니다 다만 숙소의 위치상 주변에 갈만한곳이 살짝 아쉽습니다 차로 이동해야한다는 단점이 있고 도보로 다니기에는 살짝 불편한점이 있습니다

What a fantastic place to stay at! We like staying at local places, away from tourist spots and this place felt right at home! the unit is super clean, lots of amenities, very close to bus and subway and overall just a great place. Luna is very very responsive since the first day we booked. She answered questions, provided recommendations, and was very accommodating. She also was very helpful in booking a van for us to head back to the airport as we ended up having more luggage! She made all the arrangements and paid with her own card first, then proceeded to charge us through Airbnb after. She went above and beyond as a host and we are extremely thankful! looking forward to booking this place on our next trip to Seoul!!!

リビングは日当たりがよく、部屋も綺麗で気持ちよく過ごすことができました。 質問に対する返事もすぐにいただけたので、安心して過ごすことができました。

아담하지만 파티룸다운 멋진 분위기가 돋보이는 숙소였습니다. 전면 통창과 넓은 테라스에서 들어오는 채광 때문에 일하기도 무척 편했고요. 아래층에서 풍겨오는 빵 굽는 냄새가 마치 카페에 있는 것 같은 느낌을 주기도 했어요. 연남동의 여러 핫플레이스에 가까운 위치, 온/냉풍 겸용 에어컨디셔너, 다양한 타입의 휴대폰 충전기, 와인잔과 오프너 제공 등이 만족스러웠고, 다소 좁은 쇼파, 싱크대 수압이 좋지 않아 설거지가 수월치 않았다는 점 이외에 불편한 점은 거의 없었습니다.

Farida's airbnb was really well equipped, she did think about everythink, there even was a first aid box. She had everything that you need in an apartement, so that we really felt at home. The beds were comfortable and clean. Farida is a really nice host, she even send us a welcome chicken, which was really delicious.
