What an incredible home to stay at! Neal and Krystal provided everything one needs! Fresh clean sheets, towels, and the kitchens were fully equipped with all your needs. Plenty of space for the 12 of us that went up there. The insides is completely renovated with great amenities. Not to mention they left us local refreshments and snacks for arrival! All of those who went up were blown away by this house and many have expressed returning before we even left! This house is located in a great place as well. It’s a quick walk to the pier and all the local favorite places to go too! If you are looking for a home to stay in OOB for a fantastic price, don’t wait to book this home. Krystal and Neal are also extremely friendly and communicative. They truly went above and beyond to make sure our stay was truly memorable. I cannot thank them enough!

This was our first experience with an Air B&B and happy that it was with Spencer. Our main reason for the East Coast trip was to see our grandsons football games at Bowdoin College and it was a perfect location. We stayed for seven weeks and loved the experience.

We had a lovely weekend at Debbie's home! It was immaculate and very welcoming. The place is located right off the main road but is secluded. The weather wasn't great so we didn't get to enjoy the grill or outdoor setup but it looked very nice. The kitchen was amazing! All the equipment was in great condition and as a cook, was everything I wanted. Close to everything York has to offer! Great for families or a couple with a dog like us. Highly recommend!

We had an excellent experience in this lovely home. The house was well stocked with everything we could need; it was comfortable and clean and truly exceeded all expectations. Above and beyond down to the last detail. So grateful for our wonderful stay!

Our stay at Kathleen’s place was perfect! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed in our home away from home. The space was spotless, warmly decorated, and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay with our small family of three. The location was fantastic—nestled in a quiet neighborhood yet close to great restaurants, attractions, and a park where our toddler could burn off some energy. Kathleen was incredibly considerate, accommodating, and her communication was seamless. Her guidebook was also clutch—we visited many of the restaurants and attractions she recommended. The check-in process, parking, and checkout were thoroughly explained, making everything effortless. Kathleen’s thoughtfulness truly stood out—she provided a highchair, pack ‘n play, and toddler-friendly cutlery, which made our stay even more comfortable. We can't recommend this place enough! If you're looking for a top-tier Airbnb experience, this is it.

Second stay at the farm house. Two weeks this time. We just love it here. Plenty of space yet cozy, everything you need, lovely outdoors space. We enjooed watching the chickens, dicks and horse next door. I wish we could stay for months. Thank you, Amy and family!

The host was fantastic, really accommodating, friendly, and helpful. The house was perfect. It really just seemed like we were staying at a friend’s house who was thoughtful enough to leave everything we could need.

We had an awesome weekend stay at Monique’s cottage. The house was clean and equipped with all amenities listed. The yard space is huge for backyard games. Would definitely stay here again!

Wife and I had a great time at Fairley’s place. Condo was as advertised, clean with all the utensils you need. The resort has a clubhouse with all great amenities. Location is great! We would definitely like to rent again.

Perfect stay for 4 adults, 1 infant, and 1 dog! Love the two-bedroom, two-bathroom layout, plus the kitchenette to make oatmeal and toast in the morning before hitting the ski trails. Clear check-in instructions, no hassle at all even when we arrived around midnight.

We had a lovely stay at the condo. It was the most comfy place to get snowed in. We received about a foot of snow the night we checked in and Seasons was very helpful to continually plow and shovel walkways. We explored the property and had fun sledding down hills with our tube. The condo is very clean and comfortable and has everything you may need. It was still decorated for the holidays which was a nice touch as well. The electric fireplaces worked great and were so pretty to look at. All of the furniture was very cozy and comfortable. The carpet throughout is great on cold days. We highly recommend a sleigh ride at Nestlenook farm if staying in the winter. Living Shores Aquarium is down the block and a great place to visit with kids. Diana’s Baths is a short drive away and beautiful to explore in the snow. Our daughter loved seeing the frozen waterfall. There are lots of restaurants nearby. We can’t wait to come back and see it during the summer months.

Caitlin’s place was so quiet and cute! The perfect place for a peaceful getaway. The hot tub in room was amazing and the view is breathtaking. Would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect for our group of 4, plenty of space. Much bigger than I thought after viewing the pictures. Everything was clean and worked great. We took full advantage of the kitchen and there were plenty of cook and eat ware. Quick 4 minute drive to Attitash, close enough to go home for lunch. Loved that we were able to bring our dog too! Check in and check out were super easy. We will certainly be back next Winter for our Attitash weekend. Highly recommend staying with Lory for your North Conway, Attitash, Storyland, or Wildcat vacation. Thank you Lory!

Actually rented both units A & B of this property for my wife's birthday to have some room for additional family (surprise). Unit A was awesome! 2 beds and a bath, BIG kitchen that had everything you would need, dog friendly with a fenced in yard which is always a plus, super comfortable living room/dining room combo that had plenty of room for everyone to gather, private courtyard (shared with unit B) with room for outdoor dining and a grill PLUS hot tub! I could go on but to summarize, it was perfect for our plans. The addition of unit B gave us the whole place and I couldn't be more pleased! Centrally located. Anywhere we wanted to explore, from Kennebunkport to Ogunquit and beyond, was never more than 20 - 30 minutes away. Even the neighbors were amazing (friendly)! 100% I would (and plan to) stay here again!

House was as listed, great location in a beautiful area. Plenty of amenities and host was helpful and responsive leading up to and during my stay.

This was our second stay and we are planning to make it an annual event. The house is beautiful, comfortable, cozy and well stocked. I loved cooking in the kitchen surrounded by my family. The fireplace is amazing and the location is perfect. We ski Canmore and Bretton Woods and down town North Conway is filled with great bars and restaurants and 10 minutes from the house. Perfect spot.

Diann's home was perfect for our "Polar Express" weekend in North Conway. We had two grown children and two grandchildren with us and the house was perfect. Loved the bedroom set-ups, dining areas, game room. Everything was clean and ready for us. The games were great for the kids and we had some snow overnight and enjoyed making "tiny" snowmen in the yard. Perfect combination of lovely decor and furnishings that were comfortable and well-built for little people. Highly recommend this location and this specific home for a winter retreat! Loved the Polar Express (recreating a trip we took 25 years ago) and an afternoon at Nestlenook Farm where we enjoyed horse-drawn sleigh magic! Thanks, Diann.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this house. Spacious and a lot of light. You can see the marsh from the windows, which is lovely. Near the beach. Recommend!

George’s place was very clean and comfortable- just what we needed. The house and yard were beautiful. George had wonderful recommendations for local places to go. We woke up to no hot water and he had it fixed within hours. Super responsive. We will definitely be coming back if we’re ever back in the area!

Host was great and friendly. Beautiful neighborhood. Apt was very clean and comfortable. Many extras like Keurig, coffee, tea hot chocolate and water bottles. Cozy extra blankets, fans and fireplace. Bathroom was clean and had liquid soaps, shampoo etc. Not a full kitchen, but all you need. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing $1M+ house. Everything you need, especially in the kitchen. Everything is high-end and perfect. Beautiful house and land. Great deck with fire table. Upstairs shower is amazing! Left doggie treats for my Labrador! The property is on the water; the house is on the hill, so it is a steep hike down to the river. Beautiful Maine woods surrounding the house. It is private, no neighbors to worry about. This host has made this house a dream vacation home with everyone one would possibly need. Farmer’s markets are close by, as well as Freeport and LL Bean. Couldn’t recommend more!
