L’appartamento si compone di una zona pranzo con cucina attrezzata, oltre ad un grande soggiorno con camino e ampio divano-letto, un comodo bagno con doccia ed un “rifugio” con 2 ulteriori posti letto. Appartamento di lusso con balcone privato e splendida vista, a pochi passi da piazza San Marco. Una settimana prima dell'arrivo verrà richiesto il documento di un ospite, il pagamento delle spese di pulizia (50€ per il gruppo) e della tassa di soggiorno. I vostri dati saranno condivisi solo con Polizia e Comune. A Venezia gli ascensori sono rari: ci sono circa 50 gradini, ma non troppo ripidi. C'è un servizio di consegna bagagli direttamente in appartamento. C'è un deposito valigie.

It is just five minutes away the motorway although you can not see or hear it. For those who like shopping the Outlet Centre can be reached in less then 10 minutes. Futhermore you will have the opportunity to try the great variety of restaurants in the area. Chiarano is a small town but with all that you need and more.

At EZ Flower, we dedicated a flower to each room (Peonies, Irises, and Daffodils), inspired by the nature of the parks that decorates three of Italy's most beautiful villages: *Burovich Garden (Sesto al Reghena) *Villa Freschi/Piccolomini Park (Cordovado) *Palazzo Altan/Rota Garden (S. Vito al Tagliamento), of which the apartment is located at the center. EZ Flower has private parking and entrance. We hope our guests can relax and enjoy their stay.
