Boat ramps are less than a mile away giving you quick access to fishing and boating on the lake. High speed (Gig) internet if you need to work remotely or stream movies (New smart TVs in the living room and both bedrooms). Extremely peaceful and quiet with beautiful views of the stars at night your own pocket of paradise.
