San Lorenzo al Mare: aluguel por temporada de casas de praia

Ett fantastiskt bra hus för mig och mina fyra barn och två respektive där alla fick plats i bekväma och rymliga sovrum med många badrum. Jag njöt av utsikten varje dag med bergen i ryggen och havet framför mig. Vackra blommor och fågelsång. Tips att köpa 3 eller 7 dagars kort som täcker regionen för att kunna ta tåg eller buss längs kusten. Vi turades om att bjuda på middag och äta tillsammans i huset varje kväll. En ljuvlig vistelse.

Logement correspondant parfaitement à nos attentes, emplacement idéal à 2 min à pied de la mer et 15 min de la gare (nous n'avions pas de voiture).

We had a great stay at Antoine and Julie's airbnb. Incredibly, despite being right on a main thoroughfare, it was extremely quiet, as they have upgraded doors and windows. They were very responsive and the place was clean. Easy to get in to, and actually kind of fun and an adventure to travel back in time to the old stairwell each time you had to come and go. It was unfortunate to have to pay the furniture deposit, as the couch and chairs were dirty and the walls very scuffed. It wasn't clear what was being paid for with the deposit above and beyond what risk of damage would have been covered by the nightly rate, anyway. However, we received it back in a timely manner and all was fine. Second time in Nice and purposely targeted this location, it really can't be beat! Walk right out to all the restaurants, boulangerie, the beach, market, and public transportation. Would highly recommend staying here.

Absolutely gorgeous place with incredible views. Great location - steps from the beach and also the train. Rutger was extremely helpful & available for communication. We stayed for the tennis tournament and regrettably did not get to spend a lot of time enjoying the gardens, but we definitely hope to be back!

We had a superb stay - the house was filled with lovely artwork- everywhere you looked there was something beautiful to see- great books everywhere and Dominique and Marie’s garden is just perfect for plant lovers- unbelievable views out across the bay greeted us every morning - looking over to Cap Ferrat and watching the little yachts every day was absolutely sublime- the nicest Airbnb we have stayed in - Kathryn and Steve (from Australia)

Jean-Marc to po prostu dobry, pomocny, życzliwy człowiek, a spotkanie z nim przywraca optykę patrzenia na świat jako przyjazne miejsce. Jesteśmy wdzięczni za pobyt w tym domu: dobrze wyposażony, kameralny, wygodny, przestrzenny, klimatyczny, z cudownym widokiem na morze. Świetnie wyposażony sklep „na dole”, kuchnia zachęcająca do wspólnego gotowania, dużo zieleni, spokojna okolica. Dla nas - baza do zwiedzania zachwycającego pięknem Lazurowego Wybrzeża. To był dobry czas. 10/10. Dziękuję i polecam :)

Wij hadden een fantastische tijd in het mooie vakantieverblijf van Giulia. De ruimtes zijn met zorg ingericht, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Wij voelden ons meteen thuis. In de tuin ervaar je een oase van rust, terwijl het strand, de winkels en restaurants om de hoek zijn. toplocatie! Voor al onze vragen reageerde Giulia snel, vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam. Aanrader!

Wunderschöne Unterkunft. Sehr schöner Garten mit Sitzgelegenheiten. Die Altstadt war schnell erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

La maison est exceptionnelle, propre, équipée et paisible. Tout est fourni et à disposition. Hôte réceptif et proactif. Quartier calme et chic, Vue et piscine top! Parfaite pour des vacances en famille

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben,für uns perfekt. Auch eine sehr gute Ausgangslage,um all die Ortschaften um Imperia herum zu erkunden,wobei auch Imperia sehr viel zu bieten hat. Die Gastgeber waren stets erreichbar und die Kommunikation äusserst herzlich. Sogar ein kleiner Osterhase begrüsste uns als wir Sonntags von unserem Ausflug zurück kamen. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Jennyfer! Elle est très sympathique et très réactif. La maison était propre et il ne manquait rien en équipement. L'espace extérieur est très beau et la piscine parfaite! Si on aime bien un peu marcher, le centre ville et la plage sont accessible à pied. J'espère revenir une prochaine fois :)

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche bei Eric und Bénédicte! Die Wohnung und der angrenzende Garten boten alles was wir zum entspannen und toben brauchten. Trotz wechselnder Wetterbedingungen konnten wir von da aus viele tolle Unternehmungen starten. Das Haus liegt oberhalb von Nizza und bietet einen optimalen Start für Wander- oder Trailrunden. Monaco liegt nebenan und die Strände sind ebenfalls schnell erreichbar.

Enrico war unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend! Die Aussicht von der Terasse aufs Meer und die Olivenhaine waren wunderschön. Alles war sauber und so wie beschrieben! Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit und empfehlen es sehr weiter.

Dominique’s place is special. The view is spectacular as you are on top of a hill in Nice but in a residential area and still within a couple of kilometres from city center. The drive up there is quite a thrilling one and makes it that much more special. The pool and the pool area are the highlight even though it was too cold for us to use the pool. There is a quality table tennis table so if you have nice racquets bring them along to play. You also have everything you need including a gas grill and hammock and microwave etc. Food delivery options are also aplenty given how close it is to Nice. The house itself, while old, is spacious and has everything you would need. The warm water takes a while but the house on multiple levels feels very spacious. The plot is truly massive and is pet friendly and feels very safe. If you are looking for a quiet place and lots of space, a pool, and spectacular views of the ocean close to Nice, it is hard to beat and the host is fabulous too!

Wir haben diese Unterkunft kurzfristig gebucht, quasi auf dem Weg der Anreise nach Ligurien. Alessandro ist unseren Wünschen bei der Buchung super entgegen gekommen. Vor Ort wird die Unterkunft von seiner Mutter betreut, die den Check-Inn und Check-Out begleitet, sowie alles erklärt und uns mit frischem Gemüse aus Ihrem Garten versorgt hat. Hinzu kamen "Geheimtipps" für Ausflüge und Restaurenats. Kurz um: einfach nur zu empfehlen. Danke. Die Unterkunft selbst ist sehr geräumig mit einen fantastischen Blick über die Stadt und das Meer. Man hat das Gefühl in einem kleinen Palazzo oberhalb der Stadt zu residieren, wenngleich es den Charme einer vergangen Zeit inne hat. Man fühlt sich in die Kindheit zurück versetzt. Einfach herrlich. P.S. Die letzten zweihundert Meter der Anreise sind ein kleines Abenteuer, da sehr steil und eng. Aber alle Verkehrsteilnehmer in der Gegend sind zuvorkommend und vorsichtig.

Très bel appartement décoré avec beaucoup de goût, avec en prime une terrasse qui donne sur les palmiers et la mer ! Il est bien agencé pour recevoir une famille à l'aise. On est au pied du centre historique et juste au-dessus de la mer (promenade et plage), et au bord de la route tour en étant à l'écart du bruit et de l'agitation. Le stationnement, gratuit en bas de la maison, est compliqué car la ville est très fréquentée (elle le mérite). Le plus pratique est de stationner sur les grands parkings de délestage après le port de plaisance ou de l'autre côté après le quartier Borgo Prino Ca fait un peu de marche, mais le long de la mer, il y a plus désagréable. Cristina qui s'est occupée de l'accueil est tres gentille et parle très bien francais, même si elle dit que ce n'est pas vrai ! Hors saison le prix est tres avantageux.

Nous étions 2 familles avec 1 chien, 7 personnes au total et ce logement était parfait. Pièce à vivre spacieuse, chambres bien agencées avec des rangements et 2 toilettes. Le logement est très moderne, climatisé et dans un environnement extrêmement calme. L'extérieur ainsi que l'intérieur sont très bien pensés. Le seul point négatif était le fait que les rideaux n'étaient pas opaques et qu'il faisait jour très tôt dans les chambres car les volets sont à lames.

Séjour très agréable. Le logement est conforme à la description et très au calme. La petite maison est parfaitement équipée et très bien décorée . Nous reviendrons ;-)

Logement situé dans un petit village sur les hauteurs de Sanremo paisible au calme et surtout loin du vacarme de la ville. Il y a un parking gratuit juste en bas de la maison qui est très pratique. La maison est très propre et conforme aux photos. Vous trouverez à votre arrivée un livret d'accueil avec les endroits à visiter et les meilleurs adresses (restos,bars, supermarchés). Merci encore à Lorenzo qui est un hôte très réactif et adorable c'est très appréciable de nos jours. Les explications pour accéder au logement sont claires, les voisins sont accueillants et très discrets. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour sur place et nous reviendrons ensemble entre copines ou avec nos compagnons chacune de notre côté. Nous avons mon mari et moi-même passé un excellent séjour, le logement est très agréable et calme, et nous avons apprécié la petite attention. Je recommande et reviendrai avec plaisir.

Sehr schönes Haus auf einer Etage in den Olivenbäumen eingebettet. Wir haben die private Umgebung sehr genossen. Ohne Auto würde ich das Haus aber nicht buchen, da es zimlich oben am Hang ist :) Umberto war sehr herzlich & stehts hilfsbereit. Die Austattung der Küche war sehr basic, konnten aber gut ein paar Menus zubereiten für uns 3. Der Grill war etwas abseits und Feuerholz war genügend vorhanden. Wir haben unseren Urlaub genossen.

Really nice and cozy cabin with a garden you share with the hosts. Very kind, helpful and proactive hosts with nice kids. Walking distance to Promenade des Anglais (25 mins) with a nice beach, shops, boulangerie and public transport stations. From there, you can easily reach other cities like Cannes, Villefranche and Monaco. Uber and Uber Eats work great here and l'authentique is a great pizza and burger place about 10 mins from the airbnb. No table inside the cabin but we ate in the garden on the terrace. Microwave, coffee maker,kettle and mini fridge are available, as well as towels and body gel. No tv but good wifi available. We enjoyed our time here at the Côte d'Azur!
