The Apartment features a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, Queen bed, Huge TV, and a large living room space. Great location for hiking and walking on the hill with amazing views. Close to hospitals: LDS, Shriner's, Primary Children, U of U, Huntsman. I regulate the AC and heat however there is a fan and heater. If you want more or less just ask. You can have a third guest I have a Full size futon.

This is a nice comfortable basement. It has one queen bed, sofa bed and I have a queen air mattress available as needed. It has a bathroom and closet. The suit is equipped with a full fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and a smart TV for your own convenience and comfort. It does not have a private entrance, but the basement door is close to the garage door, so you will have a direct entrance to the studio. You will be close to the freeway, train and shopping centers.

The Beesley Cottage is attached to one of the most Historic homes in Salt Lake City. After a full renovation, the property now has modern comforts without losing its antique charm. The Cottage is attached to the main house, but has a private entrance so that guests can come and go as they please. There is also one parking spot on the premises.
