At the base of Pico and 10 minutes from Killington. Free shuttle service from my place to Killington. I have a free ski locker and free wood for the fireplace. There is a laundry room with coin operated machines. There is a brand new 50” flat screen tv with cable. It’s a smart tv, that’s hooked up to WiFi, so you can use your Netflix, Amazon or Hulu account if you want. The kitchen is fully equipped. Towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner provided for 1 day. No daily cleaning service. No parties.

Single family house within walking distance of downtown Rutland. Many restaurants, bars, movies, bowling, farmer's market, etc to do. 15-20 minute drive to Pico and Killington. 30 minutes to Okemo. Mountain bike parks near by- Pine Hill, Killington and Okemo. Adventure park at Killington. 4 bedrooms, 1.5 baths. House sleeps 8+comfortably. Room for more if needed. Keurig coffee maker in kitchen, microwave, toaster, crock pot. Kitchen is fully furnished. AC units on first floor and second.

This lovely renovated 3-room apartment is attached to our 1885 Vermont italianate home, located is historic Middletown Springs, Vermont. We have been working on restoring this house, listed on Vermont's registry of historic homes, for a dozen years now. The apartment has its own entrance, full kitchen, and one spacious bedroom. Bright, secluded, second floor one room suite with private bathroom overlooking Mill River and across a covered bridge. No neighbors visible, but near town. Fly fish in the back yard, sit around the firepit, enjoy fall foliage, and hike and ski. Swinging bridge and Appalachia long trail very nearby. Close to three ski resorts: Killington, Okemo, and Pico. Dogs are welcome and loved, with plenty of room to run. Comfortable queen-sized bed and couch.

Just steps of walk to the amazing Okemo slopes, C Building is the closest property to the A-Quad/B-Quad lift and this building offers convenient parking right downstairs and free wi-fi (dedicated Xfinity modem, no issue video conference). You’ll love this cozy place with hardwood floor and private balcony and sunshine after skiing. Great sun exposure. Fireplace has been updated to electric fireplace starting from 2023-2024 season.
