We had a wonderful Christmas week at Flagpole Cottage. The hosts' home was clean, welcoming and extremely well-equipped. We had everything necessary for preparing family feasts, having a wood fire, plenty of bathrooms and comfortable beds. Robin and Francine even left a beautifully decorated real Christmas tree for us the enjoy (and put our presents under), a very thoughtful touch. We enjoyed the hot tub and trampoline (we were lucky with the weather, cold but not rainy) as well as the local walks to pubs. We bought our Christmas turkey (ordered in advance) at the fabulous Flower Farm shop, which is nearby and is a great source for all things edible. Robin and Francine's guide to local amenities and activities is thorough and quite useful. Robin was very attentive and open to queries but everything was so clearly laid out we didn't really have any questions. One last thing - the gardens are exceptional - even in December! I was in awe - especially the topiary. The old yew trees! xx

I rented Lisa's home for my partner's birthday gathering, and we had an unforgettable time there—every guest was amazed by the property! It was the perfect size for what we needed, and you can very comfortably sleep up to 12 people there. The place was clean, spacious, with lots of character, and we were allowed to bring our cat, who had a lovely time too! He particularly enjoyed the guinea pigs! The hot tub was a great addition, which we managed to squeeze 8 people into! In terms of location, despite being right next to a busy road, it is very private and you can't hear the traffic from inside. We walked to the nearby winery for a tour and tasting, which was lovely, though the road is not particularly pedestrian-friendly. All in all, Lisa was extremely helpful and friendly, and helped make our stay wonderful. She had even left some fresh eggs in the kitchen for us, laid by the chickens in the garden. We loved it, and I can highly recommend staying there!

The flat is spacious, tastefully decorated and has a pleasant little patio. Diego was very attentive and welcoming, giving us a tour of the premises and giving us advice and instructions on how to use it. By bus, it's very easy to get to Holland Park, Notting Hill, Marble Arch or Picadilly Circus (bus stops within 10 min walk). Bonus for parents: a play park is a 10-minute walk away, as is the large Westfield shopping centre. We would not hesitate to rent it again the next time we come.

Wonderful apartment in an amazing location. This was my family's home away from home for our trip to England and we were extremely comfortable. With the Tube only minutes away it was easy to get around the city, and if you wanted to stay in there is are two close grocery stores for whatever you need. Emma was amazing as a host, providing great recommendations and answered every question we had. If you are headed to London this is a magnificent location to call home during your stay. I hope this is available again during our next trip to the city.

Such a fantastic spot to stay that is full of charm and character. A comfy and welcoming space that was perfect for our group trip - lots of rooms and places to sleep for a few people booking together, but close to central London and with parking. Tessa was really friendly, welcoming, and had fast responses to messages, and even allowed us to check-in a little earlier too. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely fantastic place to stay. I came with my family for Thorpe Park and we had a fabulous time. The lads in our group particularly liked the pool table and play station. Good sized place for amount of people listed. Has lots of amenities in the bathroom and kitchen. Hammad was a great host, very responsive and friendly. Would definitely stay again! Thank you for having us.

We had the most amazing stay! Jaqua is a first class host and the house was everything and more. We partied all afternoon and evening and it was the most comfortable and perfect place to be. The garden and bar are massive and then there was plenty of room to take the evening indoors. The bedrooms are all large and beautifully decorated. I could not imagine anyone being disappointed with a stay here. We highly recommend for large family or friend gatherings. Thank you Jaqua, and we will definitely see you again soon 😊

Parfait pour visiter Harry Potter et Londres. Une station de train/metro est à 5mn à pied et vous permet d'être à Londres en 1 vingtaine de minutes, tout dépend où vous voulez vous rendre. Maison impeccable, 2 chambres avec 1 lit double, plus 1 lit simple supplémentaire. On n'a pas eu le plaisir de rencontrer Gerrard mais il a toujours été très réactif à nos demandes, on le remercie!

Great place to stay near Canary Wharf! The home itself is beautiful, spacious and clean. The hot tub and sauna are luxurious and a fun treat! Kitchen is fairly well stocked and easy to cook in. A/C worked great. Washer/dryer combo machine is nice to have as well. There is a small market across the street which makes getting groceries super easy. The bus stops right in front of the house for easy transport to Canary Wharf or anywhere in the city. Great transportation connections via DLR as well. Greenwich is an easy walk and a wonderful way to spend a day. All in all a fantastic place to stay! Thanks for making it a great place for our family!

Que dire à part que tout était tout simplement PARFAIT!!!!Si vous décidez de passer un séjour en famille et/ou entre amis,le logement est génial pour visiter Londres!!!Damian est réactif, à l’écoute et le logement était exactement comme sur les photos!!!Le train est à 2minutes à pied du logement…Comptez 10 minutes entre chaque train…donc très bien desservi!!!!A 10 minutes à pied maximum,vous pourrez trouver un grand magasin alimentaire (TESCO) Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés!!!!!!! Grâce à Damian et son logement notre séjour a tout simplement été fabuleux…Londres est une ville magnifique!! Virginie

This property is beautiful. It’s immaculately clean and it was a pleasure to stay in.

Lynley accepted a same day last minute booking and from my first interaction I knew it was going to be great, speedy and polite responses with some humour - perfect!! Now the stables what can I say!! Absolutely beautiful, quiet location minutes from the Surrey Heath to walk as far or as little as you like! Patch our mini JR loved it 🐶❤️ Now the property....a private, peaceful escape with everything you could ask for (Even had a camembert baking dish, if you know you know ❤️🧀) The standards of the stables are exceptional, clean, smell gorgeous, attention to detail 👌 The outside space is fantastic - Your own private decking with table/chairs/parasol, BBQ and most importantly the outside bath 🛁 with hot/cold water for nights watching the sunset/horses with a glass of bubbles 🥂 Lynley was so accommodating and let us use the neighbouring facilities on night one as a treat, that is also gorgeous! We had a wonderful 3 night stay in such a beautiful space. Thank you Cheryl and Pete x

Brilliant staycation! Couldn't ask for anything more (aside from reliable british weather:p ) Cant wait to visit again!

Really enjoyed our stay at the bee hive. Layout was really unique and made a really enjoyable experience. Hot tub was very relaxing while looking up into the trees. Will definitely be back to try out one of Nigel’s other stays. If your thinking about it, can assure you won’t regret booking👍🏼
