It is nestled on the side of a hill with views to the East out over the town to farmland, the Firth of Forth and Edinburgh. The comfortable house has a homely sitting room (fire is decorative only) well appointed kitchen/dining room, bathroom and 3 bedrooms. It has a small enclosed garden.
