The place is very walkable to Metro Subway, bus station, nearby grocery stores, and there’s a great cafe and a pizzeria right across the street. Paola was very warm and accommodating. She pre arranged a private van pickup twice at the airport due to a luggage delay. The three restrooms were a big plus for all eight of us adults. This place is also on the second floor with no elevator or lift and may be an issue for the elderly with heavy luggages. Overall, highly recommended!

Persona gentile e attenta alle nostre esigenze. Purtroppo il phon non funzionava ma Zdravka ce ne ha portato quasi subito un altro, gentilissima. Consiglio il suo alloggio molto bello e curato in ogni sua parte e cosa non meno importante, davvero pulito. Non è vicinissimo al centro ma ben collegato e ti permette di visitare Roma sia con mezzi di superficie sia in metro che dista poco dalla casa. Se dovessi ritornare a Roma tornerei senza dubbio in questo alloggio.

L'appartamento di Cecilia è molto pulito e corrispondente alle foto pubblicate. La posizione è ottima, a 10 minuti dalla metro Ottaviano e 15 minuti dal Vaticano, Inoltre ci sono due linee di superficie con fermata praticamente attraversando la strada, che collegano ai punti nevralgici della città. Cecilia mi ha accolto all'arrivo ed è stata sempre molto disponibile. Ottimo alloggio, lo consiglio vivamente.

Abbiamo scelto questo appartamento per la nostra breve vacanza a Roma. Stefania è un host super amichevole ed è sempre stata attiva nelle nostre domande o richieste. La casa era come descritta in foto ed era stra pulita ed ordinata. Sicuramente lo terremo in considerazione come struttura per una nostra prossima visita nella capitale.

Our second stay at Mario's apartment because the first time it was perfect for us. Marco met us again and allowed us to arrive early; he was very friendly and welcoming as usual. The apartment was very clean and has everything you need for a short stay. We hope to stay at their place again in the future!

Stefania es una excelente anfitriona nos encanto , como anfitriona cuida cada detalle . Las instrucciones fueron muy claras , siempre estuvo al pendiente y todo salió perfecto , definitivamente me volvería a hospedar aquí . La ubicación no representa ningún problema ya que el sistema de transporte esta muy bien comunicado. Me sentí como en casa definitivamente ,

Wow! The best stay of our trip! Carolina is an absolute delight and went out of her way to organize a pizza making class for us and gave us phenomenal local recommendations. The space is beautiful, peaceful, and historic and the sights around the area were spectacular. Carolina even shared the very cool history and renovation process of the property with us. I would highly recommend this property!

La maison est aussi belle que sur les photos. Elle est aussi très agréable à vivre. La grande piscine fait le bonheur des petits comme des grands. Le terrain entièrement clôturé est un réel plus, notre chien a pu explorer les lieux en toute autonomie. Tout est fait pour que les visiteurs passent de merveilleuses vacances. Nous avons également profité de l’huile d’olive et des légumes frais apportés par le maraîcher d’à coté. Catharine est une hôte adorable et très disponible. Nous reviendrons !

WOW! seriously am incredible stay. It was nice to have a quiet and private place to stay just outside of Rome. Tip to future visitors: it’s RIGHT off of the Sacrafano train station that trains into Rome. Stay at this Airbnb and then train into the city.

This house is located in a truly dreamy location. With the view of the lake and the surrounding mountains, a generous yard, swimming pool and such a sweet and cozy house. It felt very welcoming and relaxing. Takes exactly 6-7 minutes to walk to the lake and about the same to go to town and eat lovely Italian food. The host was very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend and certainly come back.

L'alloggio era davvero bello, sia all'esterno per la sua collocazione nella parte più antica di Trevignano Romano, sia all'interno con un arredamento molto accogliente e rispettoso del tipo di ambiente. All'interno abbiamo trovato tutti i comfort promessi e l'Host Ambra è stata davvero gentile e disponibile. Lo raccomando senz'altro

Très beau logement, plein de charme et aménagé avec beaucoup de goût dans le centre historique. L'accueil a été parfait, avec beaucoup de gentillesse, flexibilité et chaleur. Nous avons passé deux très bons jours et nos enfants ont adoré l'ambiance cabane et la balançoire suspendue. Attention juste de ne pas se cogner la tête dans la chambre-mezzanine tout en haut ;-) Merci encore pour tout !

Io e la mia famiglia, con due figli di dodici anni, abbiamo dormito due notti a palazzo Granaroli, location meravigliosa per chi ama immergersi nella storia senza rinunciare a qualche comfort. La vicinanza a Civita lo rende un'ottima scelta di soggiorno. Marco, in primis ma anche Alessio e Sara sono stati una presenza molto rassicurante, raggiungibili sempre. Tutto è stato perfetto! Consigliatissimo!!!

Semplicemente un posto incantevole

Matilda’s home is beautiful and looked just like the pictures. Her parents welcomed us into the apartment and gave us a lot suggestions on the area. To my surprise the table was decorated for Easter with candy, fruit, and cookies. The refrigerator had some simple items for us which was great. She even had a coffee maker with coffee set up as well. The home is filled with character and very detailed. Matilde is an awesome host and very responsive. She gave us suggestions on where to eat and what to do in Rome. What a great experience! I would definitely come back.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Apartment war sehr hell und hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Es ist auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt gut ausgestattet. Die Gegend ist sehr schön mit netten Restaurants und dem Park und Zoo gleich um die Ecke. Alessandro hat auf unsere Fragen sehr schnell geantwortet und war immer hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir können die Wohnung sehr weiter empfehlen.

El apartamento de Ele nos encantó, muy bonito, amplio, limpio, excelente lugar para descansar, libre de ruido. Fácil acceso a través de self check in, lugar muy seguro, cerca de supermercados y lugares para comer. Con el bus 32 que pasa justo en la esquina te conectas fácilmente con todos los puntos de interés de Roma, pasa hasta media noche. Muy buena comunicación con la anfitriona, muy amable, estuvo atenta en todo momento a nuestras necesidades incluso dándonos tips para el transporte.

Besser geht’s nicht. Alessandros Apartment ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt um Rom zu erkunden. Die Wohnung ist tipptopp sauber, toll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht. Die Lage ist perfekt - nur 20 min Fußmarsch von der Vatikanstadt entfernt - in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel. Dort kann man sich Abends vom unvermeidlichen Trubel der Stadt prima erholen und den Tag zB im Restaurant Vino Bono direkt gegenüber stilgerecht bei sehr gutem Essen ausklingen lassen. Und ein Supermarkt, der 7Tage die Woche geöffnet hat, ist praktischerweise ebenfalls max. 100 m entfernt. Zur Bushaltestelle läuft man 2 min (wir sind ausschließlich Bus gefahren, nie mit der Metro), und mit der Linie 23 erreicht man rasch das historische Stadtzentrum oder Trastevere. Alessandro ist ein absoluter Spitzen- Gastgeber. Vorabkontakt, persönliche Betreuung beim Checkin, viele hilfreiche Tips, immer erreichbar - alles in allem haben wir uns sehr sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. 100%ige Empfehlung.

It’s very clean apartment, nice equipped, have everything for staying. If u don’t wanna to stay in the noisy center this apartment is really nice option. Luigi is really good host, answered very fast and meet with some welcome stuff. So this apartment is excellent choice for this price to stay in Rome. Recommend

L’appartamento di Luca e Irene è in una buona posizione per visitare Roma, con una stazione dei bus poco fuori casa e una della metro a 500m a piedi. L’appartamento in sé e molto carino e in ottime condizioni di pulizia. Irene e Luca sono stati gentilissimi lungo tutta la durata del soggiorno. Ritornerò sicuramente!
