This home felt welcoming from the moment we stepped in! From the ease of the front door key pad (the easiest one I’ve used!) to the serene surroundings, this house was a very welcomed escape! The house is well maintained and has all you need. Our favorite spot was the sunroom, even with the rain we could enjoy nature from that very comfortable space. Jocelyn’s recommendations were great and we took advantage of several including eating at a local Italian restaurant called Bella’s Table, which was very nice!

We loved staying at this home in Bella Vista! Beth and John were excellent hosts. We were spending time with family for Christmas, and they added extra touches to make us feel at home: a Christmas tree in the living room, roasting pan for Christmas dinner and extra chairs for the table. We saw extras for dogs, children and mountain bikers — and passed access points to the Back 40 on the actual street the house is on. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a well-appointed vacation home in NWA!

The Ridge house was great for our family of six and one dog. The proximity to Eureka Springs and the amenities in the home made our stay both relaxing and exciting! Ben & Jamie were proactive in their communications and made checking in and out a breeze. Thanks so much for sharing your home!

Wonderful location! Lake and tree views everywhere in this beautiful home. Spacious, stocked, and ample bedrooms and beds to accommodate our large group. Wish it wasn’t so rainy so we could be outdoors more, but cannot beat the views. Easy drive into town. Highly recommend!

If you want a taste of country/farm life, this is an ideal property. Very private and peaceful, cows, rabbits and a nice outdoor environment were especially enjoyable!

This house was everything it was described to be and still exceeded expectation. It's so clean, full of thoughtful amenities, and decorated with such a fun, retro vibe. It was the perfectly peaceful home base for our outdoor adventures in Northwest Arkansas. The host was kind and readily available by phone or text for anything we needed, but honestly we didn't want for anything. I highly recommend this property and will gladly stay again when the opportunity arises.

We thoroughly loved our stay at Terry's place. Tons of space, was perfect for a short family weekend. The screened in porch and hot tub were wonderful amenities to go along with the fantastic home. Terry was easy to get ahold of since he lived next door, and was super responsive. Thanks again!

We enjoyed staying here. We got exactly what we expected from the description of the listing. Christopher was responsive and helpful. Check-in was simple. Furnishings were perfect for the accommodation. Not a complaint, but some plates/bowls would've been helpful for reheating leftovers or utilizing snacks we brought. Thanks Chris, we'll stay here again.

Wonderful Spot in Fayetteville!!! Can easily walk to U of A Campus, Dickson Street, or Downtown to the square. Comfortable apartment, responsive host, good price. Will definitely try to book this place again the next time we are at George’s Majestic Lounge for a concert.

Can’t recommend this place enough! If you and your partner are looking to get away for the weekend this place is perfect! We can’t wait to go back!

For the price of a hotel stay at the local convention center (where our event was held), we loved Jason's place for it's space, unique styling, kitchen and ease of parking. You are in an eclectic group of other residential units (one is right below the rentable unit, an Airstream and a house on either flank) so would call this semi-independent housing. However, the windows have views of trees, the unit gets minimal noise from the residence below, and the amenities are excellent. We would stay there again if work calls us back to NW Arkansas.

We stayed for a couple of months while relocating. We loved our stay and have good memories. There's an impressive deck right outside the entrance that we spent a lot of time on. The bed was so comfortable - more comfortable than our bed at home. The bedroom and bath were spacious and we felt like we had everything we needed. Stephanie was a responsive host and went out of her way to take care of the couple of minor problems that came up over our extended stay. Considering these things, it was also one of the better values we found in the area for this length of stay.

Great location, walk to Dickson and UARK !

Loved the speak easy vibe. Everything was top quality. Great location. Onyx just down the street was great!
