Staying at Luam's place was great! The house looks exactly as it is listed. We wish the pool would have been available for use :( but all other amenities and accommodations were exceptional! The house came with a fully stocked kitchen perfect for cooking a great meal. The house was spacious and there was plenty of room for all of my guests. There could be more mirrors in the house as the only mirrors were in the bathrooms and 1 large mirror in the living room and the beds were slightly hard but that did not take away from how amazing the house was. It was 20 minutes from DC in a quiet area. The perfect home away from home. Thanks, Luam for being so responsive and providing easy check-in instructions. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

Perfect place for our stay in Germantown. Very cozy and the kitchen was fully stocked with cookware. Plenty of rooms for everyone to have their own space and also the family room was big enough for everyone to hang out together.

Staying here made our family wedding stay away from home, a very memorable and fun weekend for the whole family. Muvh better than being stuck in a hotel with lots of kids!!

We loved staying at Aldie Retreat. We were impressed by the house layout and surrounding private property near the quaint Aldie damn. The home is perfect for exploring historic towns like Middleburg and visiting local wineries. We highly recommend.

Great space for a family, appreciated three full bathrooms. Very responsive host, quick and prompt.

The location? BEAUTIFUL views just minutes away from the city (yet feels so secluded!). The host? The kindest and one of the best you’ll meet on Airbnb. The home? Exactly what we needed. Duane went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one. I can’t say enough good things about our experience here at Peace and Plenty Farm. We feel SO lucky we found it. We stayed at the home with some friends for a girls’ weekend trip but I will 100% plan on coming back with family one of these days so they get to experience a stay here!

The place was wonderful. The pictures don’t do it enough justice! It’s very spacious here. Very ideal for larger groups. Kevin was very responsive too! 10/10

The house is perfect, wonderful location close to the Capitol and the Mall, the house itself is charming, cosy and comfortable, with an outdoor space, and in a lovely neighborhood of old row houses. Communication with the host was excellent. We hope to stay at Maggie's place again one day!

Robert's place is comfortable and clean. The mattresses are comfortable - firm with a soft top. He is friendly, responsive, and full of information about the area. We felt completely at home. It is the perfect distance from the mall. We took an Uber into the city each day and this was an easy, quick, and inexpensive ride.

The Groovy Crib is a gem! We felt right at home. The place is spotlessly clean and comfortable—just right! We had easy access to the places we wanted to visit around Frederick. We especially enjoyed having the school nearby and loved watching the kids play outside in the afternoon. My husband started calling it "our school" when we were finding our way back to the house after being out for the day. Nicole was very friendly and quickly responded to our questions. I personally appreciated the Anker cubes scattered throughout the rooms where we could plug in our various devices. Clever! And the night lights in the house made it easy to find our way after dark if we needed to get up for anything. Very helpful in a strange new place after a long day of travel. We had a small issue with the security system one night, but it was quickly resolved. We will stay here again next time we are in the area!

Demetria’s Place was absolutely amazing! The home looked exactly like the photos—actually, it exceeded our expectations. Everything was clean, beautifully renovated, and thoughtfully designed. My family and I especially enjoyed spending time in the bar/game room—it was a perfect space to relax and have fun together. The room sizes were spacious and comfortable, and it’s clear that a lot of care went into updating the home. Demetria was also incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything even smoother. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay. We’ll definitely be back!

Great, affordable option for our stay, which was to go to concerts at the Black Cat and Anthem. The 14th Street buses, which take you to the Green metro line at Columbia Heights, stop 2 blocks away so it was easy to get down to U Street and the Wharf. Finally, the spacious outdoor area was a nice bonus.

Such a lovely, comfortable home. Everything we needed. Loved the location. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and neighbors were friendly. There's a park with walking trails and lake half a mile walk away. The house was perfect. Relaxing. Comfortable beds and bedding. The record player was an added bonus, as were the puzzles and board games for the rainy days. Communication was excellent. Answered any questions quickly and was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time staying here! Cute home on a quaint street. We were able to easily walk to many shops and restaurants on King Street and walk to the Metro! Very good location to explore Alexandria and DC!

Aivet’s place was very beautiful and spacious. We truly enjoyed our stay there as well. We highly recommend it to anyone who’s looking to travel and relax at the same time. Wonderful host and accommodations. Picturesque well appointed and great comfortable beds. We felt right at home and had great workspaces as well. Host was extremely helpful and responsive and gave us great restaurant recommendations. We would love to return.

My wife, two kids, pup and I all enjoyed our stay at this well appointed and super comfy home. It is in a great location with parking on site and a cute park right out the back door. Walk to lots of cute restaurants, bus and metro easily. The host was super accommodating and easy to get in touch with. Will definitely stay here again if ever in the DC area.
