We are a short drive/walk from Church Street, the waterfront, UVM Campus, and Champlain College. We have multiple grocery stores within a half mile radius and I-89 is easily accessible. Our apartment has ample privacy and your own quiet outdoor space, enclosed by cedars. The space includes cathedral ceilings and is a great setting to enjoy a relaxing vacation or business trip.

Studio 46 is newly re-opened! Having shutdown over the covid years, we took some time to do a few improvements. The Studio is an open & spacious private space for 2 guests in Burlington's South End. It's within a couple miles of the Church Street Marketplace & Waterfront events, and walking distance to the Pine Street Arts District, Craft Breweries, City Beaches & the bike path. This along with the convenient access to Interstate 89 makes it a great location for your next Burlington visit.

Welcome to the Aviary! We're excited to host you in our mid-century 800sq/ft apt. It is a fully private apt with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath (w/radiant flooring!), kitchen and living room. On the 2nd floor of our duplex with a private entrance and deck via exterior stairs. Truly unique property with fenced in yard space and 3 season cabin. Off-street parking for up to 3 cars or a truck pulling a boat for lake enthusiasts! Just a few mins walk to the beach or breweries and a 5 min drive to downtown!

This entire property is non-smoking; including tobacco and cannabis products as well as e-cigarettes.

Forget your worries in this spacious and private space. This unit is located on the 1st floor of 2 stories house with its own front door. Enter into a large living room with big screen TV, fireplace, dining area and large laundry/food area. It will provide you comfortable space to rest after outdoor activities. There is potential for noise from the unit above but we ask all residents to observe quiet hours from 10pm to 6am weekdays and 11pm to 9am weekends. (not suitable for kids under 10).

We added a new kitchen floor and tiled bathtub walls recently and are proud of our 4.88 star rating.

Minutes away you'll find Lake Champlain access and easy hiking trails at Oakledge Park, coffee shops, restaurants, downtown Burlington and the highway. 5 minutes to the Burlington bike path, 30 minutes to Bolton for ski/snowboard fun, 45 min to Stowe, 15 minutes to Catamount for mountain biking.

Relax in the clawfoot tub after a day of travel or prepare a home-cooked meal in the well equipped kitchen. When morning comes, enjoy your coffee while cozied up in front of the fireplace or stay in bed and take in the views. And with plenty of woods to explore, it's your perfect escape at your pace.

Welcome to my studio in South Burlington! Located on Dorset street bordering Cairns Arena and Veterans Memorial Park providing additional space for recreational activities. This beautiful studio is a must stay! Centrally located in South Burlington making it easily accessible to UVM, Shelburne Rd., I-89, and Downtown Burlington. Large windows in the space provide a lot of natural light exposure. It is the perfect setting to enjoy your relaxing vacation or business trip.
