Our home is situated in a calm family area right next to the city of Pula,which is famous for its ancient Roman Amphitheatre.To be precise,we live in between the city center and freshly made beaches at Hidrobaza where you can enjoy with your kids,because it offers a lot,from free parking to beach bars, sport terrains etc.. If you have a bicycle, or a car,everything is at your reach. We live 1 mile from the first beach. Bus lines 150 m away,small grocery shop @ 150m, restaurants and pizza @400 m

PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO IN FURTHER DESCRIPTIONS because this is a specific area.Bakar is a small isolated village in the center of all large tourist places. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Casa Molá

This unique place has a style of it's own, just renovated in 2024 from an old 1926 Istrian type stone house. The house features old-meets-new modern style dominated by local stone, concrete, oak and steel. For 2025 the house will be equiped with stunning black tile perimeter pool that overflows to all four sides. Casa Molá is located in a quiet area mostly surrounded by few houses and mostly nature, accessible to local natural pebble beach in just a 10-minute easy walk through a pine forest.

Das 2017 neu erbaute Haus hat einen sehr erfreulichen Charme, der einen ansteckt, der einen niemals ermüdet und immer wieder aufs Neue überrascht. Es macht Freude, sich in und um das Haus herum aufzuhalten. Einfach ideal zum Relaxen und Entspannen. Die Wohnung im 1. Stockwerk des Hauses bietet einen traumhaften Rundum-Blick aufs offene Meer. Das Apartment ist komplett klimatisiert, "Sunprotect"-Fenster weisen direkte Sonneneinstrahlung ab. Durchgehende Fußbodenheizung für die kalten Monate.

Nice beach /dogs beach/ with possibilities of renting sun bed or sun umbrella . One restaurant near the apartment, another by the sea. Little shop about 400 meters from the apartment . From your balcony panoramic view of island of Cres and the town of Rijeka. Also, beautiful sun rise to experience. Space on the beach to keep the distance.
