One of the most breathtaking views of Seattle, Kerry Park, is a 10 minute walk. The cozy studio HVAC (heating & air conditioning) has its own unit and it is not shared with any other spaces.

You’ll feel at “Home" in a very comfortable Queen Sized bed, Full Closet, Large Shower with Shampoos, Body Wash, Lotions, etc., Coffeemaker, Microwave, Mini Fridge, Smart TV, WiFi, and a Laptop Workspace.

Stay in one of Seattle premier old neighborhoods, just 2 miles from the Space Needle and 3.5 from Pike Place Market. Enter this lovely 1903 American four square home from the front door. Head upstairs to your private area. Fully renovated, 2 bedrooms, bath and a sitting room complete with a well stocked coffee bar. While there is no kitchen, you do have a big fridge and microwave. Host does live on the main floor but uses a separate entrance so no shared spaces.
