Wir waren in den Herbstferien in Lovrecica. Sehr zu empfehlen. Leider konnten wir nicht mehr im Meer baden, da wasser zu kalt war. Wir konnten aber paddeln, die Kids haben es genossen. Beim Nachbarn konnten wir direkt frisch geangelt Fisch kaufen. Die Gegend ist wunderschön, Donald war sehr freundlich & immer hilfsbereit.

We stayed in this place during the 2025 Easter holidays. It is a very nice and clean accommodation, exactly like the description provided. 10mts to 12mts walk from Mestre station. 3 mts walk to local bus stop. Good travel links nearby. Erika was an amazing host, so as Carmen, who did our check in and checkout. She was very flexible for in and out. There were clear instructions provided. She allowed us to store our luggage at the storage after the check out since we had a tour planned during the day. It was very kind of her. She was always available with her instant responses for any queries. She guided us with all bus/tram details which helped our transportation easy through Venice. Erika even booked a taxi for us to airport when we faced issues with online booking. We were really lucky as we had Erika as our host. Großartige Unterkunft! Während unseres Aufenthaltes haben wir den Teddy meines 3 jährigen Sohnes verlegt und vermuteten, er wäre in der Wäscherei mit den Bettlaken nach dem wöchentlichen Wäschewechsel gelandet. Planet hat Himmel und Erde in Bewegung gesetzt um den Teddy zu finden. Immer wieder gerne dort!

Come l'anno scorso, abbiamo trascorso la settimana di Ferragosto in questo delizioso appartamento, perfetto per spazi e posizione, a pochi metri (ca. 150 m) dalla spiaggia. Silenzioso, dotato di un buon impianto di condizionamento (necessario per la stagione!) e di tutte le forniture per un breve soggiorno, lavatrice e wifi compresi. Caroline e Marco sono sempre stati pronti ad ogni richiesta di supporto e chiarimento.

Wszystko zgodne z opisem – mieszkanie schludne, czyste i świetnie zlokalizowane. Zaledwie kilka minut od dworca i głównych atrakcji miasta. Jedynym drobnym minusem był brak Wi-Fi, przez co nie można było korzystać z telewizora. Jednak informacja o tym była zawarta w opisie, więc nie było to zaskoczeniem. Obsługa bardzo pomocna – poleciła niedrogi parking oraz szybko i rzetelnie odpowiadała na wszystkie pytania.

Wir wurden von der Gastgeberin sehr herzlich und mit guten Tipps empfangen, so dass man sich gleich wie zu Hause fühlen konnte. Die Lage ist sehr vorteilhaft - am Meer kann man entweder einen sehr schönen Weg entlang bis in die Altstadt spazieren oder in die andere Richtung zu einem wirklich tollen und großen Strand laufen. Die Wohnung war zufriedenstellend gereinigt und sehr geräumig - das riesige Bad könnte man auch als Ballsaal nutzen ;-). Sehr schön sind auch die Terrasse und der Garten. Wir hätten die Wohnung gerne noch besser gelüftet, haben uns aber aufgrund der vielen Mücken, die leider überall in Rovinj anzutreffen waren, nicht getraut, die Türen allzu lange geöffnet zu lassen. Möglicherweise ein Grund für kleineren Schimmelbefall an der ein oder anderen Stelle, der in einer anderen Rezension erwähnt wurde, aber aus unserer Sicht nicht besorgniserregend ausfiel. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Gracijelas Wohnung.

Wir waren zu einer Sportveranstaltung in Jesolo und daher war die Unterkunft perfekt. Aber auch für Tagesausflüge oder Strandtage super gelegen.

Emanuel und seine Eltern sind sehr nette und herzliche Gastgeber. Das Appartement ist sehr schön und entspricht den Fotos. Ein Highlight ist der sehr liebevoll gestaltete Garten mit Whirlpool. Supermarkt, Restaurants und das Meer sind mühelos zu Fuß erreichbar. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub.

Aqua apartments was a lovely place to stay. The location was perfect- close to main food areas, yet set slightly back from the main road so it felt very peaceful inside. They were also very easy to communicate with- they answered all questions very promptly and were also very helpful in arranging an airport water taxi for us which made the check in process seamless! Would stay here again for sure!

Nice, comfortable apartment, with a nice kitchen. The beds are comfortable and really Kind size, super comfy. Everything is superclean and tidy. Few things you should be aware: the landlady doesn't speak English, we could communicate well in German though. She is very nice and helpful. There is no living room, but there is a table for four with comfortable chairs and a TV in the kitchen. The kitchen has a nice oven, and a huge dishwasher too, which is very useful. The only thing we missed is a microwave oven. i

I had the the most amazing stay. The view was incredible, especially during the sunsets and thunderstorms. The place was clean, well equipped and spacious. Andraž was very helpful and even gave me and my luggage a lift to the bus station on the morning I left, which was greatly appreciated. I could not have asked for a better place to stay or a better host. Thank you for having me and I hope to come back in the future :)

Bardzo ładny i czysty apartament za rozsądną cenę. Kontakt z gospodarzem bardzo dobry, poinformował nawet o braku kontaktu przez kilka godzin ze względu na własną podróż. Wyjątkowo przydatne okazały się rekomendacje restauracji! Będziemy polecać!

Nice apartment, has everything what you need to spend your magic time in Venice. Even with baby, Mirko provided us a cot. I had no bad impressions at all. Absolutely worth money spent

Wanted somewhere close to the Archives as I was doing research there. But it turned out to be our favourite sestiere in Venice - much quieter than San Marco but just as central and beautiful. The flat is tucked away but there were clear instructions. We didn’t use the very impressive tub or sauna. You do need to keep the windows closed at night as - while it’s basically very quiet, conversations from the odd late night passers-by are just a few feet away. But the flat was just what we wanted and the croissants at the Archivio bar in Campo S Stin are the best in Venice! Will return.

Cómodo, bonito, completo y muy limpio alojamiento en una zona tranquila, a media hora andando de la plaza de San Marcos y a menos de 10 minutos de multitud de bares y restaurantes y de varias paradas de Vaporetto. El anfitrión responde rápido y con recomendaciones claras y prácticas. Todo de 10. Si buscas un alojamiento en Venecia tranquilo pero al mismo tiempo con todo a mano, este es tu sitio.

A beautiful, modern apartment in a great location to enjoy the outdoor pursuits that Bovec offers. The apartment had everything we needed and plenty of room for our family of 7. Would highly recommend!

Logement facile d'accès à 15 minutes de la gare. accueil très agréable par Suzanna, explications impeccable. proche de tout plutôt calme, bien qu'en face d'une école cela ne nous a pas dérangé. j'ai eu un petit problème avec le spa mais ils ont étés très réactif et tout est rentré dans l'ordre 👌. l'appartement est néanmoins humide et les murs sont imprégnés mais c'est Venise donc j'imagine normal 😊 beaucoup de restaurants sympa à proximité en bref emplacement idéal 👌 merci pour leur réactivité

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön und entspannt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr hilfsbereit und super nett, immer schnell zu erreichen. Der Whirlpool war unser Highlight.

This apartment was an unexpected find in Venice. The floor plan allows for privacy and noise is not an issue. The kitchen is very large and well stocked and there is a dining area big enough to seat everyone. The decks and living room allow everyone to be together or split into smaller groups. Located near the Rialto Bridge with many restaurants and access to shopping and transportation. Exceeded our expectations.

Huge design apartment: ingresso privato indipendente con grazioso cortile proprio. Zona silenziosa e ottimale. Appartamento molto bello, ristrutturato con finiture di pregio. Le due camere da letto sono ampie, con letto comodo, separate da una zona centrale in cui c'è una cucina/soggiorno. Ogni camera ha tv e bagno proprio. Bagni davvero belli, dotati di ogni confort. Cucina con bicchieri per acqua e vino, accessoriata con mestoli di ogni tipo. Tazze per il tè piccoline e senza piattini. Il bollitore non mi ha convinto. Ho sentito tanto la mancanza di un piccolo microonde per riscaldare velocemente senza dover accendere l'induzione o, peggio, il forno che consuma tanto di più ed è tanto più lento. Sembra che alla cucina non sia stata dedicata la stessa attenzione per il dettaglio del resto della casa. Illuminazione interna curatissima. Bel posto. Consigliatissimo.
