Ausblick vom Balkon auf die Skyline. Lage perfekt. Umgeben von grün, in 15 Minuten zu Fuß in der Stadt. Matt ist ein super Gastgeber! Absolute Weiterempfehlung. Würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und das Haus ist ruhig!

Excellent accomodation. Very easy to get everywhere and good views. Great value and ticked all the boxes. We also went to Brewmanity which was close by which was trendy with great views of the city. We thought the place may be noisy but it was so very quiet. We will definitely be back.

I am really great to have a very kind and helpful host. The house is clean. Equipped with all the needs. Feels like at home. And would definitely come back to the airbnb again. 200% fully recommended.

The apartment was very well presented with all amenities, clean, and with easy walking distance to trams, which connect you to so many places to visit in Melbourne. The skyline views of Melbourne city were the highlight! Thanks so much Cmb for having us!

I genuinely cannot find words to describe Gil and the flat. I'll give it a go though... The flat is absolutely amazing, literally stone's throw from a teeny tiny park, and a much bigger one too of that's your thing. Very peaceful are with genuine sense of community. I made so many friends with people living in the neighbourhood whilst waiting for my Ubers, that it's insane. Maggie downstairs in the building, what an absolute gem. it felt like home far away from home. I have a feeling I will miss that little pad immensely. Would book it again in a heartbeat. Especially that Gil was the most amazing host one could've imagined on so levels, super communicative, kind, funny and very helpful. I am sooooooo grateful for having come across Gil and his pad, for this is what made my trip to Melbourne so much more enjoyable, and it gave me a much needed respite from the hustle and bustle of the day (all 30 of them)

Wonderful home, well furnished, extremely clean and in a wonderful location. Ah, and wonderful hosts too!! We'll be back!!

It was great. I stayed comfortable for more than a month. Nicholas was friendly and kindly informed me about the restaurants and tourist attractions. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and clean. CBD and the beach can be easily reached by tram. I even went to the beach on foot from time to time. Prahan is a good walking distance. The South Melbourne Market is also easily reached by tram. There is a supermarket near the house, so it was great to buy things. And there are great bakeries, cafes, and pizzeria. When I came home from the trip, two cute bulldogs welcomed me.

What is there not to love about Bettina and her adorable storm, both met me with big smiles. The place was a central location walkable and bus/tram stops super close by. Always enjoyed my afternoons in the backyard playing tug of war with storm. Bettina is a gracious and courteous host. Would happily stay here again!

Frank's place was exactly as described and shown in the photos. There is a large window which lets in lovely sunlight (with a blind that can be lowered if sunlight is not desired). The room is very comfortable and nicely decorated. Close to shops and restaurants of Port Melbourne. Frank was excellent with communication. Overall one of my best experiences with Airbnb and I would stay there again.

I arrived before Donna got home from work and let myself in. The room and house was true-to-label, exactly as it was described. Donna arrived an hour later and made me feel very welcome with a glass of wine and a detailed description of the locality. I met Donna's daughter, Tara, who was very charming, but had to disappear to do her homework. Their sweet young dog took a real liking to me. Daisy and I are now firm friends. I went for a walk and found the proximity of the beach and the nearby parks a big drawcard. Middle Park has lots of cafes, restaurants and pubs within easy reach of Bevan St. and I made a mental note to return when I had more time. I was out all evening but when I returned Donna was up and we found we had a lot to talk about, this time with a cup of hot chocolate in our hands. The bed is comfortable and the street is very quiet, having no through traffic, and I slept well. The next morning Donna and I had a nice breakfast together - the fresh brewed coffee was excellent. Donna went to work and I relaxed in the house till it was time to go and I let myself out, replacing the key under the mat. I really liked my stay in this unassuming household - Donna being both warm and respectful of my privacy. Usually you just get accommodation at Airbnb's - but here I got hospitality into the bargain.

Mohit’s apartment was located near the tram station and very accessible, the facilities were as listed and we found it sufficiently equipped for our very short stay in the city before flying off. Appreciate Mohit for being clear and responsive to our queries (although we did not get to meet in person) and Via’s hospitality! We certainly enjoyed interaction with their active and friendly pet cat too. :-) Overall, this is comfortable & affordable stay that is suitable for fuss-free travellers!

Beautifully presented gorgeous home with very high ceilings downstairs and a lovely play of light through the lead lighted door in the early morning. Has to be seen to be believed. Good response from our host who was close but unobtrusive. We enjoyed our stay immensely

Leylas property was fantastic! Great location and the views were amazing. The only issue I had was the car park was a bit technical but leyla gave very clear instructions. Great if you’re going to just leave your car, bit of a hassle if you are going in and out. Overall great property, would recommend!

Such a beautiful welcoming stay that feels like home. It was the perfect location for exploring Melbourne and so close to every major tourist attraction. Ky was so friendly, welcoming, and pro active on chat. She gave us some great recommendations for local attractions. Kitchen was fully stocked and perfect for cooking a meal at home too. P.S. Plant lovers will love this place!

Stayed for the F1 race with a few friends. Great location. Walking distance to the race, plenty of nice restaurants and bars nearby. Very nice rooftop with great view. And friendly host. 👍🏻

The room itself is very clean, bedding was comfortable and had a splendid view. The bathroom was also well kept. The host was also very friendly, prompt and responsive in communication, and made the check in process seamless. Will stay again.

Beautiful and sunny top floor apartment. The place was very quiet but in great location near all the shops and bars in st Kilda. Lawrence was very helpful and quick on responses.
