Escape to our WATERFRONT farm just outside of Langley on beautiful Whidbey Island with Eagles & Highland Cows. Our family has lived here since 1890, and we have a wonderful guest cottage sitting on the high bank with 180-degree views of Saratoga Passage, Mount Baker, and the North Cascades. With 900 square feet of open living area, a fireplace, full kitchen, washer/dryer, king size bed, high speed internet, 2 TV's, beautiful furnishings and easy access to the beach it's the perfect get-away!

Historic Discovery Bay Beach Cabin Stunning Views

Experience healing and peace with the sound of gentle waves on Discovery Bay. Our cabin was built in 1939 by our grandfather who was an early businessman in Port Townsend. He wisely recognized for decades to come this would be a prized place of rest, enjoyed by 5 generations. Our two kayaks for beginners and new paddle board are available for rent. Explore the unbelievable beauty of the Olympic National Park just a few miles away featuring hiking to rainforests, glaciers, and mountain lakes.

Summer days we often have deer in the yard, and eagles soaring above, watching the shoreline for fish. Our yard has fruit trees, a barbecue, fire pit, and views of the mountains and water There is a trail through the woods to the nearby shoreline. It's a spacious ground floor retreat. Nicely located at the north end of the Kitsap Peninsula, with proximity to the Olympic Peninsula. Downtown Poulsbo is under 15 minutes away. Located just over a mile south of the iconic Hood Canal floating bridge.

Once tucked back into the woods, this newly improved 1920s cabin now enjoys a front-row seat to the grandeur of the Hood Canal thanks to a tidal creek that has washed away the sandy soil that once supported the departed trees. This property may prove challenging for individuals with mobility issues. **Pricing is discounted due to ongoing improvements.
