This home is really nice! We stayed there because our daughter was getting married at a venue about 5 minutes away from the home. It was perfect! Plenty of space for our family and was great for the bridal party to get ready! Nice open floor plan. The beds a bedrooms were very large with comfortable beds. The home was well equipped. The outdoor area was nice and I’m sure the pool is nice in the summertime. Thank you for sharing your home with us on this very special occasion.

It was a great stay after a long day roaming around Washington DC and Maryland. The accommodation was clean and nicely decorated with very inspiring words of wisdom providing a cozy and comfortable retreat throughout our stay. Kelly has been very informative and detailed on the instructions to help us on a very smooth check in and check out process. The location was fantastic and quiet neighborhood. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable Airbnb experience!"

We had a wondferful time with extended family at this beautiful spot where you're surrounded by nature and expansive views from inside and outside the house. The views of the water and sunsets are breathtaking. The house has everything needed to cook family meals and share a comfortable and revitalizing time.

We had a great weekend! The host was incredibly kind and accommodating, making check-in and communication smooth from start to finish. The house itself was well-stocked, clean, and thoughtfully organized—perfect for relaxing with a small family group. We especially enjoyed winding down in the cozy living room and falling asleep to a movie after a fun day out. Would absolutely stay here again!

This was a great place for our family of 13 to stay during the weekend of our niece's wedding in Baltimore. The home has plenty of large common areas, dining space, and super comfortable beds - even the queen-size bunk beds on the lower level had high-end mattresses. The kitchen is well-equipped. We had 4 additional family members drop in for dinner on our last night there, and it was no problem preparing food for, and serving, 17 people. Everyone was happy with this choice for our accommodations.

Great home best Air BNB we have stayed in. My family of five and our dog had a great time, plenty of room, partial sunset from the hot tub. Beautiful sunsets right up the road. The community has a beach area and piers for fishing crabbing etc... Lonnie was really great she got right back to us with any questions or needs. Annapolis, Naval Academy were really close, lots of great places to eat, marina's everywhere. DC and Baltimore are a 1/2 hour 45 minutes away. Everyone was very friendly being from NY it took a bit to get used to waving at strangers. Went in April the Hot Tub was awesome have to come back when the pool is open. Great place for a family vacation.

The place is clean and quiet! It is very spacious and has a large back yard. We arrived early so I texted Samad. And Samad’s response was quick and he let us to have early checkin. In general, my friends and I all liked the place and enjoyed the stay here!

This is an amazing spot for a family! we are a family of 5 that walked alllll day in the city and then crashed at night. this space was perfect. the train was not a deterrent at all with our exhaustion and sound machines! We are actually thinking of renting again next year!!

Stuart's place was exactly as pictured. his home was clean and welcoming. Everything was walkable, with many bars and restaurants nearby. The beds were extremely comfortable, and we slept soundly each night. The neighborhood is terrific, and the Sunday farmers market is held practically next door. Stuart was very quick to respond to my questions both before and during our trip. We will definitely stay here again, the next time we are in town. If you are looking for a home away from home in DC, don't look any further than this fabulous house. You won't be sorry.

We had an absolutely excellent stay at Jennifer’s place! She was a responsive host, gave us recommendations and instructions were really clear. The home was clean and close to bus stops to the city. Only things I’d say is: A- the bed was really wobbly and I was a bit nervous to move on it because I did g want to wobble it further and B- it would’ve been really amazing if the front door had a covering or curtain as for a bit more privacy but overall, amazing stay!

Absolutely beautiful place, very spacious, and very clean! This was the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in - I can’t recommend enough! Five bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was the perfect size for our group of nine. All of the furniture was so nice and new. The location is perfect on a quiet street but walkable to downtown Annapolis. We were able to park multiple cars in the driveway and there’s a parking garage just a short walk down the road if needed. Danielle was an excellent host, very responsive, provided clear check in instructions, and she checked in part way through our stay to make sure everything was going well. I would love to stay here again!

Such a lovely, comfortable home. Everything we needed. Loved the location. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and neighbors were friendly. There's a park with walking trails and lake half a mile walk away. The house was perfect. Relaxing. Comfortable beds and bedding. The record player was an added bonus, as were the puzzles and board games for the rainy days. Communication was excellent. Answered any questions quickly and was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! Perfect location with lots to do/eat/drink around. Easy in and out travel to different parts of the city. Having a grocery store just steps away was very helpful as well. We hope to book again for our next trip to DC!

We had a wonderful time staying at the house! Tony is kind and responsive and really cares that guests have a good experience. The little surprises were great, like new cozy wall to wall carpet downstairs, and plenty of bathrooms to accomodate guests. The decorating touches around the house make it feel warm and inviting. Its a lovely quiet neighborhood in a great location!

It was nice. There was ants in a room and after showers the ceiling began leaking. Few issues but Franco communicated very well. We had a great time despite small issues. Otherwise everything was great and it was spacious

- I wanted to have a nice getaway with my partner and couple friends since it was her birthday, this was everything I wanted and more and loved how comfortable and nice the home was. Will definitely be coming back in the future! Thank you Adam!

Erin's place was a great place to stay in Annapolis. My family was in town for Commissioning Week at USNA. Annapolis is a beautiful town with tiny streets, so being at this location aloud us to walk to the Yard and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again when in the area. Thanks again Erin for your hospitality.

Esther’s place was clean and nicely decorated. She responded quickly when we had questions. Very nice and friendly host, would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great place, clean, had a little issue with the washing machine but Carlos responded fairly quickly. The House was a little far from the monuments but worth the stay. The stair are a little steep would not recommend anyone with a disability. Other that that I enjoys my stay.

Had a really great stay for three nights at this lovely home in Edgewater. The house sits on a corner lot with wonderful views of the bay. The neighborhood is safe and cozy. Lots of friendly people out walking and enjoying the surroundings. Felt right at home. The house was clean and very functional. Eddie was great to work with and I would recommend this to anyone wanting a home base for the Annapolis and surrounding areas.

The cottage /house was peaceful on the edge of an inlet from the Bay. The patio was lovely. It was chilly so we couldn’t use the kayaks. The kitchen was very well equipped. The dishes, utensils, cookware were quality. The extra cozy blankets were nice. He responded to a request very timely. We enjoyed the stay very much.

My wife, two kids, pup and I all enjoyed our stay at this well appointed and super comfy home. It is in a great location with parking on site and a cute park right out the back door. Walk to lots of cute restaurants, bus and metro easily. The host was super accommodating and easy to get in touch with. Will definitely stay here again if ever in the DC area.
