This cozy 1 bedroom house in Pendlebury is self check in, not shared and located behind the main house. For a maximum of 2 people, CCTV is located outside the property for safety reasons & no pets are allowed. Parking is available on the road (not the driveway) and most appliances are available for cooking. We ask that you don't ring the bell on the main house. Any support needed pls text through Airbnb as we are usually quick to reply. You will also be given a number to call for emergencies.

Please, be considerate towards us (hosts and there guests) and mind the TV volume, please. It is faced on the sun raising position, but use the black blind installed to avoid the harsh clarity in the early morning.
