This apartment was so clean, well decorated, well stocked and very comfortable. The location is perfect. So close to downtown Wiscasset, Boothbay and Freeport. This was our 2nd stay and we will return. Kathleen is a great host!

We needed a place for my son’s externship. Setup for a long stay and feel like home. All the amenities made for an easy tradition to have everything provided and setup beyond expectations. Loved staying here! It's a very short walk to Kettle Cove State Park and Crescent Beach. Cape Elizabeth is a charming, quiet little town. If you're looking for a peaceful relaxing getaway spot, this is it. You'll feel right at home. Plus the hosts are very responsive and friendly. I'm already thinking about when I can return!

My husband and I stayed at Kristen’s apartment for 2 weeks at the end of August and had the most amazing time! This was our 3rd time to KPT and most definitely our favorite thanks to this gorgeous Airbnb and Kristen’s hospitality. The apartment was perfect for us — was exactly as described, better than the photos with amazing windows and views, speedy WiFi perfect for working remotely. It’s a quick 4 minute drive into town, and such a beautiful area to walk around. Kristen was so responsive and helpful — there’s a super extensive list of local reccs in the apartment, and a beach pass that you can use during your stay. We loved this home away from home, and can’t wait to come back soon!

Loved the space! It was located a little bit on the suburbs of Portland so might need a car to get around. The place was super lovely and felt like home. The airbnb had everything you need that you might of not thought about. Extra toothpaste, body wash, salt and pepper, hot chocolate! My friends and I loved it! Would go again!

Ian's place was great for a girls trip ti Portland. He was a great communicator if I had any questions or cleaning instructions. Will definitely stay again for any future trips to Portland.

Close to everything! Quiet for the city, and walkable. My husband, our nine month old, and I spent a few nights here exploring Portland and the surrounding area. We were close to the Old Port area and close to the interstate when we headed to the Cape towns! Overall perfect spot.

We loved our stay here! It was an easy walking distance from downtown, but private enough that it was nice and quiet at night. James was incredibly responsive and helpful, and the check in and check out process was easy and straightforward. I’d recommend this place!

I loved staying here! It was close enough to everything but yet it was secluded. Seeing the wildlife every day when we would leave really lifted our spirits. I 100% would stay here again.

Wow. What a great experience even with tons of snow. The hot tub was well worth it and the house and fire place were just right. Even my dogs got to enjoy spending time there. Thank you again!

Great place! Stayed for three days for a bachelorette weekend! Was super close to all our activities in the Old Port! Matt was a great host, we had no issues throughout the stay! Plenty of coffee, bathroom supplies, towels, kitchen was great also! Sadly it rained most of the time or we would have definitely used the hot tub and fire pit! 10 out of 10! Highly recommend if you need a place in OOB! Thanks Matt!

The space was beautiful, had everything we needed, was comfortable and cozy, in an amazing spot in downtown Portland where you could walk to all kinds of restaurants and shops.
