Everything was very good bdrm, 2 baths, waterfront! Dock to fish from! love the Morning/all day room for us. We enjoyed fishing and Bird watching, Eagles and Osprey among other, I know why the call it Bird River! Will definitely stay again. Hosts were very understanding of our changing plans, quick response times!

This air b&b is in a beautiful setting with plenty to do (kayaking, hot tub, fire pits, bird watching, etc). It's also very centrally located so we could easily get to more populated areas in no time. The most stunning part of the house is the master suite in my opinion which is on the upper level (the upper level is shared with another apartment, but you don't really hear the air b&b tenants of this suite and it's completely separate with a separate entrance). Stunning views from both the master bedroom and the bath tub in the master suite! The downstairs is also quite lovely with two regular bedrooms, one small bedroom, and a sun room that has a pull out couch (we didn't use it). It's a lovely house to entertain in. It has personal photographs to the owner downstairs that speak to the family's history. The owner is communicative. The overall experience was quite lovely. We'd be happy to return.

This home is really nice! We stayed there because our daughter was getting married at a venue about 5 minutes away from the home. It was perfect! Plenty of space for our family and was great for the bridal party to get ready! Nice open floor plan. The beds a bedrooms were very large with comfortable beds. The home was well equipped. The outdoor area was nice and I’m sure the pool is nice in the summertime. Thank you for sharing your home with us on this very special occasion.

Tyler's place was perfect for our stay with our extended family. It's spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax indoors and out. It has a very nice large porch and deck, great for some solitude or for kids to play. The beds were comfy and the linens ample, there are gorgeous large bathrooms and luxurious showers, the kitchen was well-stocked and included an amazing high-end stove, and the living spaces are nicely decorated and furnished with art and tons of books. One bedroom had lots of toys and kids' books, a very nice touch. Tyler was helpful, accommodating, and responsive. The location is very convenient to Arlington National Cemetery and within walking distance to a Metro stop. Everything about this rental was fantastic--we highly recommend it if you need a lovely space for a large group. Thanks, Tyler!

As others have said, beautiful and spacious house with stunning views on the water! The house was clean, kitchen filled with all the tools for cooking (even things like wax paper, aluminum foil, all the spices you could think of, etc.), and we loved the ping pong table in the garage. The grounds were super peaceful and fun to walk around. We came in November so the pool was covered, but it was great to go out on the dock and kayak on the water. Not sure if it was the cold or not, but on some of the doors, the deadbolt was a little sticky and difficult to turn, so we just avoided these doors throughout our stay. We would love to come back in the summer time/when the weather is warmer to enjoy the pool! Also very much appreciated that we could bring our dog.

Although I had to cancel my reservation due to unforeseen circumstances the host is 5⭐️. The host was extremely understanding & able to adjust the reservation to my needs! The host offers a great add on package for convenience to bring an ambiance to the stay. In the future if I need a place in the area I would definitely use the host again.

The space was beautiful, modern charm, clean, and accommodating. Everything inside the house was easy to find and had everything we needed for a quick DC trip with our 4 kids (including a pizza cutter!). The host even helped us with parking, while we took the metro into DC. Closest station was less than 1 block away. Would absolutely stay again!

Gillian and Boe were great communicators and super friendly and helpful. Everything was easy! A great stay. For detail-minded visitors: the bed was VERY comfy. And the shower is not large (stall size) but awesome water pressure and heat - felt like a mini-spa in there, a real treat :) We came during peak of spring in DC and their yard was full of beautiful blooms - a delightful bonus.

We spent 4 days site-seeing in DC and Lily's location was perfect, being just off the Richmond Hwy it was easy to get to by car. We paid an additional fee for parking under the building which was well worth it given the convenience. The Crystal City Metro station, with both the Yellow and Blue lines, was a very short walk away and could even be accessed via an underground walkway system just outside the building. Also just a block or two outside the building was a movie theatre and several bars/restaurants. Having breakfast on the 14th floor balcony was a great start each morning before heading to Metro to start the day's adventures. We would definitely stay here again.

Hudson’s place was perfect for our DC Trip- I would easily recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay. Super convenient to everything, great walkable food places nearby, and Hudson was super responsive with our questions. We hopefully will be back soon and hope to stay with Hudson again!

We have been coming to Ann's house several times. We always come back because the house is spotless, has excellent amenities and it is very close to our son's house.

We had a great stay at Robert's place. It was extremely spacious and was great for us and our teen kids. Rob was great at making us feel welcome and walking us through the space and giving us information on the area. It was such a great space to come home to after touring DC daily for a week. For anyone staying, just be aware that there are some steep stairs down as it is a basement space.

Mooi en ruim sousterrain. Woonkamer met keukenhoek, ruime badkamer en aparte slaapkamer met goed bed. Parkeren met vergunning op straat, niet altijd voor de deur helaas, maar goed te doen. Op half uur lopen van het Capitool. En het metro station bij Union Station op een kwartier lopen. We waren er de drie nachten dat we er konden verblijven heel blij mee!

Absolutely amazing! The place had so much to do whether it was outside or in! Swimming in the pool, hot tub, kayaking and/or paddle boarding on the lake, giant yard games. Inside had a pool table, wide variety of board games, and many streaming services. Brenda was extremely friendly and helpful in many way. She had a binder full of local places for food and things to do! She truly showed us the best of Maryland.

This is such a nice spot if someone wants to get away from a suburban/city enviroment. Super cozy vibes and the hosts were kind and checked in on us while we were there during a snow storm. Overall highly recommend. Very private and comfortable cabin experience.

Our family (Myself, husband and 3 teenage boys) stayed here twice. Once on the way down to North Carolina from Massachusetts and changed our original plans on the way back to stay here again. Beautiful and comfortable location with plenty of space for our family. Just over a half hour to Baltimore and just over an hour to D.C. which my family loved because we planned to sightsee in the city. We got to do all the city things and come back to a quiet, cozy beautiful farm that had great energy. We saw deer along the roadside every evening we heading back as well. Restaurants, gas stations, stores etc were within minutes. Everyone loved looking out the window and seeing those majestic cows, chickens and farmland. The house was very well appointed with all the amenities you could need while traveling and then some. It was also beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. The host were very friendly, accomodating and responsive.We highly recommend and hope to stay again during our future travels.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Alexander and his wife's charming cottage, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment we arrived, Alex and his wife were incredibly accommodating and helpful, ensuring we had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The cottage itself was cozy and well-maintained, offering everything we required for a relaxing getaway. One of the highlights of our stay was the breathtaking sunset views. Watching the sun dip below the horizon from the dock was simply mesmerizing. The location is also ideal—just a short 10-minute drive to downtown St. Michaels, where we enjoyed exploring the local shops and restaurants. The hosts truly go above and beyond to make their guests feel welcome, and it shows in every aspect of their hospitality. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable retreat.

I was in town for work, and this place was perfect. It was walkable to several restaurants and to the calming water. Christopher was a wonderful host and very responsive. I'd definitely stay again if in town.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful cabin. Doug had great recommendations for local restaurants, the waterfront property was gorgeous, and we felt very comfortable. The inside of the cabin is completely private, with excellent window coverings. The yard - by nature of how close the neighbors are - is not particularly private, but being on the water is definitely worth that. Definitely wish I had had a kayak! The kitchen is small - while this was fine for us, if someone loves cooking for a lot of people, they'll feel limited. But everything was clean and worked correctly. The bathroom was well-stocked - Doug has thought through everything. If we find ourselves back in the area, this is absolutely a place we'd stay again. Look no further - this is definitely the spot.
