There are 2 AC in the house, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. It includes wifi, satellite tv, and airconditioning that is included in the price. There are numerous shops, cafes and restaurants around the apartment and a supermarket is approximately 800ft (250m) near which makes it super easy to enjoy your stay.

Please note that there is no elevator at the building.
