We had a great stay during Coachella weekend. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location. Host communication was prompt and helpful throughout our stay, which made check-in and check-out very easy. There were a few small pieces of trash left behind, but nothing major and certainly didn’t take away from the overall experience. Would definitely recommend this place to others attending events in the area or just looking for a reliable stay.

Our group was very pleased with the rental, its location, and the smooth communication with Lily. Every conversation was warm and welcoming, making the experience even better. We would gladly recommend this place to others and would definitely consider rebooking if we’re in town again.

We lived Devin as a host! Super kind and always there when we needed her. She came to the place to let us in and show us around when she didn’t even have to. I would definitely from Devin again and the place was perfect for my husband and l. Quiet and close To lots. Magdalena

For last minute, this was ideal for us. Check in was easy and all staff members very friendly and helpful. Had one service issue that was dealt with quickly, only hiccup was someone had to be in the unit while they took care of the issue so that was a little inconvenient. Location was perfect for access to restaurants and activities. Especially great for getting to to Indian Wells. Overall I would definitely look to use Les' help again for subsequent visits of this length.

Tawny was very responsive in any queries you may have. The condo is in a quiet setting and was surprised as not very far from the airport and had no issues with plane noise whatsoever! Would recommend if looking for quiet and serenity and of course the oasis in the desert includes pool and hot tub! Hope to return soon!

This home was absolutely beautiful! It was perfect for Coachella weekend since it’s right near the shuttle area. It’s also in a nice quiet area! I would definitely stay here again!

Small but clean and cozy. Newly renovated with nice interior. Pool nearby and clean. Quiet complex with little activity. Very nice place to stay.

Great hosts! Friendly, attentive, but not intrusive. Their dog Maverick was an adorable bonus. Their pool area is quiet, private, and so pleasant and relaxing. The room was spacious, and had the added bonus of a washer and dryer which comes in handy with all of the activities one can enjoy in PSP. If we spend more time there we will try to schedule our travel dates around their availability.

We loved our stay despite some unusually hot weather and a dust storm. The home is very welcoming and our kids loved the pool. There's nothing more I'd ask for, we'd happily return.

My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful week long stay. The condo is very cute, comfortable, had all the essentials we needed, and beautiful views! The Octillo Lodge itself is a very cool place! The pool is lovely and everyone that we chatted with were incredibly friendly. We hiked every nearly every morning with great local hiking as well as a few day trips to Joshua Tree. We were able to walk to some awesome restaurants too! We loved both Kings Highway and El Jefe! Matt greeted us when we arrived. He was so friendly and gave us some great recommendations. It’s a really great location with easy access to so much. Would absolutely recommend staying here as we ourselves look forward to returning in the future!

The place was clean, spacious and convenient, and the host was pleasant and responsive. It was a pleasure to stay here and look forward to doing so again.

Great little place in PalmSprings. Great location to get around the area, some good walking spots around as well. Easy to find and get access to the complex. The complex is well looked after as is the property. Love the BBQ in the back for cooking in the evening. Back garden is private, and perfect for chilling.

It’s a beautiful location and place to visit. Loved the place and the surroundings. Felt at home and would absolutely stay there again. It was great!!

A wonderful stay in a quiet community with very responsive and helpful hosts. Really appreciated Jimmy going above and beyond when we left some things behind. Unit is comfy and stylish with super friendly neighbors. Pool and hot tub are great amenities.

The house was exactly as described—very clean, quiet, and just a short walk from the town center. The pool was a lovely bonus, and everything was well maintained. We had a great stay and would definitely come back!

It was our second time staying there and it definitely won’t be our last. The community is beautiful with 2 gorgeous pools. It is very convenient to walk to downtown and the casino. The owners are wonderful. I would highly recommend it. You won’t regret it!

This home was serene, spectacularly clean, and incredibly stocked with paper goods, cleaning supplies, and recreational goodies (like yoga mats, coolers, insulated mugs). What a joy! We enjoyed the apartment and the community grounds, quick access to Palm Springs, walking the neighborhood streets, and proximity to markets. Thank you !

Our second stay at Riley and Kevin's fantastic apartment. We wouldn't really want to stay anywhere else, but it is rightly popular! Riley and Kevin were flexible with check in which we really appreciated in our jet lagged state. Wonderful location - peaceful yet just 5 mins walk to stores, restaurants, health food cafe, and bakery (and 7 minutes to a great outdoor 50m public swimming pool). In some seasons you could manage without a car - and it is very close to the airport- but also easy parking. The set up is perfect (kind of an L shape) so both bedrooms and baths have privacy if you want it and the kitchen and living area have everything you need, including board games. Good air conditioning aided by fans in each room. You can use the complex's swimming pools and hot tubs which are also peaceful (with neighbours, not parties!). Many thoughtful touches make it an ideal holiday base to explore the desert cities - we will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful community, nice accommodations, centrally located. Great to be so close to the well maintained pool which we enjoyed thoroughly. The management team is really great and we’re very helpful and responsive. Will definitely stay here again when we visit Palm Springs.

Staying at Jackie’s was like staying in someone’s home. It was better than in the pictures and came fully equipped with everything we needed. All was clearly explained in documentation. Lovely place and a great time.

Joe was very helpful with our arrival and initial questions. Unfortunately, due to illness, I had to leave after a few days, and my wife left early too. Two or three family members at a time stayed in the rental for the remainder of the time and were happy with I

One of the best places I’ve stayed in awhile and it all starts with the host. Accommodating to the max! Will definitely stay with this host again. Everything was perfect. Great view of the mountains from the master bedroom. Everything you need is here! 5 stars all around ⭐️

My 3 friends and I had a wonderful 4 night stay at Willie & Katie’s condo. They have a well stocked kitchen, laundry room, very comfortable couches (seriously need to know where they got them so I can buy one! Lol), very spacious primary bedroom and bathroom. One of the pool/hot tub areas is literally across the street which was lovely. And a parking spot in the garage to keep our car out of the blazing sun. They were very communicative and responsive to any questions we had. Would absolutely stay here again when visiting Palm Desert. Highly recommended!
