Nosara: aluguel por temporada de casas de praia

We were looking forward a remote location to settle for some months. This was a great sanctuary to be alone and explore the empty beach. The WiFi was very good , even when other local services were unavailable. The neighbour made us delicious food when requested. A great adventure.

Demasiado linda la casa .. cerca de todo y muy tranquilo estar ahí. Solamente que el TV no pudimos hacerlo funcionar con el sistema Roku pedía clave y no se pudo y faltó jabón de baño pero son detalles mínimos … volvería otra vez por qué estuvo la estancia muy bien.

This is our second time staying here. I highly recommend staying at Gerardo’s place if you want a private pool and oceanfront place to stay in Samara. They are always such fantastic and responsive hosts. They respond to messages right away, always leave some fresh fruit for arrival and the home is exactly what you’d hope for for a beach vacation. We will be back!

Beautiful home and we loved the location just a few steps from both the beach and the amenities that Nosara has to offer. We look forward to a return trip and wouldn't change a thing!

Great place to spend a relaxing vacation. Douglas was very responsive and the property was in a beautiful location. If you arent familiar with Costa Rica, be prepared the roads and long travel times. The location is in a beautiful location, but doesnt have alot of locations near the property. We were looking for that so it was perfect. Douglas' instructions and recommendations were very helpful and we really enjoyed the pool on property. We also had private chefs and massages on site which were great.

Being able to wake up, sit outside in the cool breeze, watch the sun rise and listen to the Howler monkeys and wildlife wake up every morning is an absolutely beautiful and peaceful experience. In addition to hearing the ocean waves crashing against the shore. This place was the best part of our trip! Oh and the beds were so comfortable that was worth its weight in gold! This was an amazing location!

Our stay at Casa Blanca was everything we could have hoped for. The view and pool were spectacular and taking in the sunsets from the patio was our favourite way to end the day. Highly recommend bringing in Mauricio for a private meal and exploring Marbella for lunch at the Tiki Hut.

L’emplacement est vraiment parfait! Nous avons deux jeunes enfants et c’était super facile d’alterner entre la plage et des temps de repos. Les proprios sont passés aussi nous remettre des jouets de plage et des body board merci de l’attention! Ils sont très sympa. Je recommande le logement on a passé de très beaux moments.

Had a lovely 2 week stay at Casa Clara. The home is very clean, chic, modern and lots of natural light. Nice nature surrounding on all sides. Sofia was an impeccable communicator and extremely helpful as our host. She was so nice and supportive during our stay. The private gate and parking was a nice touch as well. They kept the pool and gardens very clean during our stay so my kids could always swim in the pool. Outdoor showers were our favorite so we didn't use the ones indoors at all. Only downside was no dishwasher but we made it work! Great location and super close to all the big spots, but also not near the main road so we had some quiet (except for the amazing monkeys) and peace to ourselves. We would stay there again!

Beautiful house with a great private pool! We stayed with four toddlers and appreciated that the door to the pool locked with a key--only downside to keeping the door closed though is that we couldn't open that whole set of doors facing the pool to cool off as intended, so the downstairs got hot. But if you don't have little kids that won't be an issue. We had a problem with one of the ACs but host was responsive and we got it fixed. If you are staying with kids be aware that the walk to town is on a busy road with not much of a sidewalk, so driving/taxi/hiking backpacks may be useful. The hosts give a lot of info and the place is exactly as listed, but it would be nice if check in could be easier to do on our own with lock codes, etc. Small thing but it would be great if shampoo were available as an amenity. Great place though and we would definitely stay again!

La maison est très agréable, elle est très bien équipée (notamment si vous aimez cuisiné). Il fait vite chaud à l’intérieur mais la climatisation et les brasseurs d’air permettent de bien rafraîchir. La terrasse est très agréable avec une belle vue sur les arbres qui permet de voir quelques animaux (singes, iguanes, coatis et oiseaux pour nous). Les lits sont confortables et le logement parfaitement propre. Le plus est qu’il est possible d’aller à la plage « playa pelada » directement à pied en moins de 10 minutes.

We loved our stay! It was beautiful, clean, comfortable and well equipped. We enjoyed the pool a lot and were lucky enough to see howler monkeys and hummingbirds from the deck!

Lugar muy amplio con 3 cuartos y 3 baños super cómodo, con desayunadorcomedor y sala, además de la cocina. Bastante conveniente, a unos 7 minutos caminando de la playa. Y la piscina super rica después de haber disfrutado del mar. Super recomendado!!

My family’s trip to Nosara was a bit complex and Love and the team were absolutely amazing in supporting our needs to get to our vacation - wow! The communication is A++ the location is A+++ and the option for a small or large party/family is A++++ We loved the pool, the location between the two brilliant beaches. We chose to walk on our trip and was delighted to find taxis when we wanted to check out Largata Lodge for a brilliant sunset. Love the host and her team are amazing. Truly appreciate the support and accommodations 💛 Pura Vida & Many Thanks 😊

El lugar es muy confortable y con bellas zonas verdes alrededor. Las habitaciones tienen A/C y ventiladores de techo. La piscina es fantástica y nos la pasamos muy bien. Jackie fue siempre muy amable y servicial para que nuestra instancia fuera muy agradable. La casa muy cómoda, limpia y ordenada. Dejamos olvidado un dinero en la caja fuerte y con gran prontitud nos transfirió el dinero a nuestra cuenta, demostrando gran honradez, excelente servicio y amabilidad. Hay buenos restaurantes cerca y supermercados locales. Fueron unas memorables vacaciones en familia.

I cannot say enough good things about our 4-day stay at Aaron's home. The location couldn't be better--the beach is a 3-minute walk and there's also a hotel within walking distance that has a wonderful restaurant. The house is exactly as pictured and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Furthermore, the management company was SO incredibly helpful. They assisted us by helping secure reservations for activities and restaurants and having groceries at the house when we arrived--such a wonderful bonus. Would absolutely stay here again.

Nos encantó, la playa increíble y la cabaña súper acogedora

The house was incredible! Simplistic, clean, peaceful. My 14 year old and 8 year old and I had a great time in Nosara. We walked to the beach and restaurants from the house. The pool was great and had a beautiful jungle backdrop. The rooms were really nice and the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay again at this house. Very cool vibe. Rick and his staff were excellent communicators. Always just a text message away. Very responsive! Nosara is a great place. Tremendous food! Never had a bad meal. Sunset at the beach was great. A real vibe to it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Michael’s place looks exactly like the posted photos and my experience was in line with all other positive reviews. If I could give 6 stars I would. The house is removed from the main action in Nosara, but in my opinion it is in a better location as you have almost immediate access to what feels like a semi private beach. There are also several food options nearby. The bed and couch are comfortable, the wifi was strong and reliable for working remotely, and the AC in the living room works very well with fans in both the living room and bedroom to keep the air flowing. The surrounding animals are loud at times but I would stay again in a heartbeat. Michael is one of the best hosts I have ever met and just a generally great person. I highly recommend booking.

Susan’s place is awesome. Amazing location. The Beach Break restaurant across the street has great food. Super walkable area with so many great places to eat and get drinks. Check out the Seekret (their name) gelato place behind Olivia’s pizza…and their pizza is awesome. Incredible surfing just a short walk to the beach. The beds, AC, kitchen were all great. Our kids loved the pool. We’re definitely coming back!

We had a great time, everything was perfect.We loved the pool and the casita was perfect for my 25 years old daughter. The view was incredible. There was construction near by but it wasn’t loud. It didn’t affect our vacation. I loved the kitchen, it was really well equipped! We highly recommend La Caza de Paz and we would come back for sure!

Casa Julianna was an amazing experience to end our last few days in Costa Rica. What a beautiful place, even better to see in person. There was plenty of room within the house & seating in the screened outdoor patio space. We were travelling with 5 kids age 10-19, they all loved it here and enjoyed the pool during the day and night. The separate bedroom with bathroom was a nice surprise - our oldest daughter enjoyed this space. There was quite a few howler monkeys behind the home, it was fun to watch them play in the trees. Tamarindo is appx 40min drive away, we took the family here for a night of souvenir shopping. Fun town to explore. We also did a fishing charter for a day. Thank you for providing our family with early check-in and late check out, along with the great nightly rate you provided to us. Wonderful experience, highly recommend. We plan to visit Costa Rica again next year. Jenn & Andy + kids.

This is a great spot on the beach. The house is perfect for a beach vacation. Jose is very helpful and communicative. I’ll be back!
