Very well equipped house, amazing backyard with pool and hot tub, definitely the highlight of the house. The washer wasn't working but Stephen was a great host, very communicative and offered to get our clothes washed if needed (we didn't need it). Would definitely recommend!

It was exactly what my family was looking for. It was relaxing and private. It allowed us to not feel cramped like a hotel stay, but allowed us to cook and enjoy the relaxing day. If you have a small kid, the golf cart is a must!

Great place to stay! Comfortable beds and beautiful surroundings. Felt right at home! We painted a rock to add to the collection.

Our stay could not have been better. Was the perfect place to stay to run the Newport marathon and we really enjoyed the cozy feel of the place. Everything was so clean and the yard was a great bonus in nice spring weather. Could not have asked for a better or more thoughtful host!

We had a great stay! The back porch was perfect for hanging out near the firepit, grilling at the barbecue and enjoying the hot tub. The back pier was a great place to spot jellyfish and watch the sunset, and it was close to nice beaches.

Place was very well cared for, kitchen and bathrooms were spotless and had everything needed. The views of the lake are GORGEOUS. Felt like home, we had a great time even with the bad weather.

We booked our stay for a couple of nights away for our family of 4. Talita and Vinny were very welcoming to their adorable place! The cottage is right on the water on the very clean and lovely lake. We had everything we needed and I loved the way the place was decorated. We really enjoyed the stand up paddle boards and the shaded seating area. Our kiddos (9 and 11) we very happy hanging in the hot tub and tossing bread to the blue gills. Good food options nearby - we really enjoyed George's Surf n' Turf. I recommend this stay and hope to be back in the future!

Great place to stay! Place was exactly what was described, extremely clean, and Missy was a great host with pre-arrival communication. I will definitely be back!

We would definitely recommend Deb’s and Sharon’s cottage as a place to stay. The location is great, as it is within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and the water, but is tucked away in a quiet little neighborhood so it still also offers plenty of privacy. They were wonderful and responsive hosts and checked on us throughout our stay, though we didn’t end up needing a thing. They were gracious enough to allow our dog Bella join for the weekend too, which we appreciated very much as she goes everywhere with us. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely look to book again if we make our way back to the beautiful island!

Linlin was a wonderful host and we loved this adorable cottage. It was incredibly clean, while still being warm and welcoming for us (and our pup). It's a little farther from the water than we had anticipated, but it's a relatively short and private walk to a dock with kayaks and beautiful views. Highly recommend!

Great location and the house was exactly as described. Perfect get-a-way. Particularly enjoyed the short walk to the beach for sunrise and sunset strolls!

" Live is but an azure moment" and the Azure Cottage provided just that! We loved the proximity of the house to the beach. The sound of the waves was meditative and restorative.The space offers a truly beautiful vista with a distant view of Block Island. The beach itself is perfect and great for walking and taking walks with dogs. Sunrises were lovely--a great way to greet the day. We are "foodies" and appreciated a well appointed kitchen, including a kettle for the tea lovers. The space is open and comfortable. Charlestown Beachway is lovely; off the beaten path but accessible to many fun things to do--like the Trolls at Ninigret and the Fantastic Umbrella Factory plus great places to eat. One caution: Renters need to be accustomed to stairs. The exterior stairs were much easier to use than the interior ones.

The house is in a beautiful location, with water views from all rooms on the upper level, two decks, and the back lawn. The house was well-maintained and equipped. We were fortunate with a week of warm, sunny weather and especially enjoyed biking down peaceful coastal roads. Barbara and Jurgen

The cottage is cozy and comfortable, including the beds. It's in a quiet neighborhood yet very accessible to hiking trails, beaches, restaurants, and shops. Fiona was extremely friendly and helpful. She is definitely a Super Host! We would happy have stayed longer if we could have! For those who like to ride your bike: Rt. 127, the main road that goes around Cape Ann, is very narrow and has no shoulder, so I don't recommend planning to bike there.

I describe my stay at Hummingbird Cottage as Serendipitous. I was there a little over 2 weeks, and just a few days in, Ashley and I discovered that we surprisingly had a number of friend connections! The cottage's location provided easy access to family in Marshfield and on the Cape as well as friends outside of Boston. The listing doesn't show the kitchen, but I'd describe it as "efficient European apartment ", and Ashley includes so many amenities that you will feel welcomed immediately! Duxbury is a charming community with good restaurants, shops, conservation areas for walking and a beautiful beach. I look forward to a return visit!

We had a wonderful stay. 6 ladies coming together to celebrate a birthday,catch up on eachother's news, enjoy meals together by the sea, and relax. The setting and house were perfect for us. Spotlessly clean and cheerful, beautifully equipeed with extra everythings, well located close to the beach, the nature reserve and the center and surrounded by lovely views. The beds were comfy and the whole house felt like a longstanding part of the community yet newly renovated throughout and very welcoming. Amanda, our host, was warm and responsive and attentive to our needs. We'd be happy to return for another gettogether!

It’s even better than the pictures, trust me. Prime location between beaches, restaurants, activities (like aquarium), and the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard. It’s exactly where you want to stay when visiting Cape Cod. We stayed for several nights with our kids and immediately fell in love. Marcy is the perfect host. You can’t go wrong with this place — book with confidence.

It was so peaceful and serene. The view was spectacular. It was great to be one with nature and wildlife. I truly enjoyed the stillness of the water without a lot of noise to sully the moment.. I got a lot of work done & enjoyed myself as well. I definitely would recommend this place if you want peace of mind, mixed in with a good beach experience.

A true getaway weekend at Wash Pond house. The scenery is beautiful from the large deck overlooking the pond, right down to the dock at the base of the water. The rustic cottage's soothing atmosphere in this secluded area is everything one could ask for. The house has all the essentials and more to make you feel right at home. Katrina is an incredible host; friendly, helpful and attentive. I highly suggest the Wash Pond experience.

Our stay in Narragansett was phenomenal and staying in The Cottage was a large part of that! The Cottage was super clean & neat! Everything looked so new & bright. It was very welcoming & relaxing to return to The Cottage after a day of wedding activities and/or sightseeing. Being at the end of the street, there was no traffic & it was very quiet. The landscaping was equally impressible! We really enjoyed watching the hummingbirds dart from flower to flower, along the bumble bees, and other birds. Marla was excellent with her proactive emails, which were very helpful. She is indeed a professional!

New England Perfection - My husband and I were in town for a wedding. The cottage on the water was adorable/clean and had everything we needed. The view and the seating out by the pond were perfect for coffee, wine and and just taking in the scenery and nature. Loved the extra touches like coffee, cream, bottled water and COOKIES! ;-) Would love to return!

Mary’s place was great! Everything was clean, the place was walking distance to the beach, and it was the perfect size for 2 people. Would stay here again! Note: Make sure to bring your own shampoo and body soap. It says on the listing that soap is included but when we arrived there was only hand soap and nothing for the shower which wasn’t a big deal since we had packed some.

Leah responded to my booking request within minutes. This was so important because our previous reservations fell through. This was a last-minute booking and I’m so thankful that I was able to find such a wonderful location. Everything that was in the listing was accurate and we felt right at home after an easy check-in process. I cannot thank Leah and Brandon enough for their willingness to let us rent their beautiful cottage last minute. The home is fully stocked with anything that we may have needed. It was a little chilly, but the space heaters were enough to get us through the chilly nights. My kids and I were able to watch Halloween movies on the TV while gazing at the full moon from the skylight above in the living room. I’m looking forward to going back to Massachusetts in the future. There are so many different things that this town and surrounding towns offer.

Wonderful place! Was completely accurate to what was shown on the listing, great place for a vacation. Super convenient to get to surrounding big towns, but the area itself was peaceful and quiet. 30 second walk to the water, and a beautiful view! Hosts were responsive and super helpful- even though we didn't stay at their place during "prime Cape Cod season", they were helpful in giving us suggestions on what we could still do during this time of year (many suggestions of which we used)! Will definitely look to stay here again in the future, maybe during the summer next time!
