Nelson's place was really nice, located close to the city center and campus. The place was well-maintained and had every features one could look for. It was perfect for a month-long stay.

Hancheng’s apartment is beautifully put together, quiet, very comfortable, and has everything (and more) you’ll need for a wonderful stay in New York. The bedroom itself is cosy (but has a fan etc to take care of you no matter what the season) and he has provided an iron, little ironing board, and hairdryer, which I really appreciated. The main living space - which I was out too much to take full advantage of - is also designed and arranged to make great use of the space. I was grateful for the access to coffee machine, water filter jug, and fridge. I also would make special mention of the lighting in the apartment, as there are lots of little motion-sensitive lights which, as a rather clumsy person, I found invaluable in navigating night time bathroom trips! All these things and more make Hancheng’s apartment the first place I’ll try when I plan to go back. Nice place, host responded in a timely manner

Neil was a very responsive host and very flexible and accommodation. The location is close to Yankee Stadium (15 min walk) and only 3 min to the subway. The room is cozy and the bed is comfortable.

It was such an amazing stay and I stayed for approx 2-2.5 weeks! The reviews are not lieing at all! Place was clean always, very convenient location close to so many shops and I was also able to use his nice office to study in. As a woman I also felt safe in the apt and in the location! It is a very good price for staying in nyc and Donald is hella responsive too. 12/10 experience and would recommend his air bnb to anybody!

Loved how accessible the train was to this location. Also loved that there was grocery store near by & ample food options. Cool shops too. Definitely would recommend for your NYC stay! Especially if you’re hanging in the Bronx.

An impeccable stay, so much so that I’m actually sad to leave. A very convenient location that is a five minute walk from the campus, and anything else is extremely close by. Clear and efficient communication, clean and organized space, will 100% stay again

We had a great stay at Daniela's apartment in Yonkers. It's right off of the Saw Mill Parkway so it's only a 20-25 minute drive to Manhattan (without traffic). Parking was on the street but there were plenty of free spots. Our check in was a little confusing since there is a keycode for the first door and then a lockbox (with a different code from the keycode) for the keys to the rest of the apartment. But we figured it out eventually. The apartment is quite spacious with a living room, separate kitchen space, and the 3 bedrooms. 2 of the bedrooms are large, while the other is behind one of the larger bedrooms (railroad apartment style), and is much smaller. There are air conditioning units in each bedroom, but the small bedroom has a much older unit than the others. Daniela and Erik were great hosts--easy to get hold of when we had questions. Thanks for a great stay!

The house was very clean and modern. It had everything we needed for a weekend stay. The location is perfect! It's very close to downtown New Milford and restaurants. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Great experience

Will's place is located in a quiet condo village, where the common areas are well kept. The place was clean, bed comfortable, and the shower had good water pressure. This space was perfect for me and my husband.
