Our luxury 1-bedroom ski condo is spacious, modern, and located right across the street from the tram to Stagecoach ski lodge and lift. You will love the easy access to the slopes in the winter, with gorgeous Lake Tahoe just a short drive away. Everything you need is on -site for any season, full kitchen, fitness and good family fun. You get all the owner ameneties, including spa and workout center, racquet ball all season and tennis in spring and summer. Indoor basketball dome is year round.

SOMA (short for South of Market St) is top of the list for where to stay in San Francisco for the first time. SOMA 9 Residences is located in the Heart of SF SOMA District, were you'll find everything from shopping to fine dining, plus landmarks such as Yerba Buena, Moscone convention center, SF MOMA, and steps away to Giants Ballpark. The proximity to Market St. makes SOMA one of the most accessible areas of the city. There's buses and rail lines (called BART) on just about every block.

“The Studio” is our smallest room and is located in our main building. This works well for the single traveler or couple looking for a petite style room. A mini fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee pot provide a few extras for your stay. With a private bed and bath, it’s a cozy room to rest after your mountain adventures. Sleeps up to 2 people. * PLEASE NOTE: this Studio is PET-FREE - sorry, NO pets/dogs allowed, and does NOT have a kitchen (no stove/oven).

Tranquil Courtyard 2 Double Beds

This courtyard room has TWO extra-long Full Size beds (length of a queen bed but width of a full). The entrance to this room is in our little oasis of a courtyard. Filled with blooming flowers and cobblestone walkways. This is a small family-run motel in the Marina district, close to Cow Hollow and Pacific Heights. You’ll love it here because of the neighborhood, the coziness, and the free off-street parking.This room is not pet friendly.
