On the North Shore of Massachusetts, about 26 miles from Boston, Beverly has small-town charm coupled with a city identity. Located close to vibrant Cabot Street in downtown, there are recreation, shopping, and dining options for all tastes. Beverly has excellent access to Route 128 and five commuter rail stations. The house is just a 10-15 minute walk to the Beverly Depot (first Beverly stop on the MBTA commuter rail). It's a bout a 20 minute ride to North Station in Boston.

The sweet suite

Ground level. Spacious room with a King Bed and a bonus smroom with a ( twin pull out bed) couch and desk/vanity. The sizeable bathroom is freshly remodeled. Kitchenette has a small sink, refrigerator and microwave. It is in a quiet neighborhood only minutes from a rail trail, route 62, interstate 95 route 1 and route 128. Off Street parking. We are 5 miles to Salem Mass, 44 miles to New Hampshire, 77 miles to the cape cod canal, 19 miles to Boston. We are 4 miles to the Beverly train Station.

Peaceful, 1888 Mediterranean Manor by the Beach

Architectural charm in this newly renovated, eco-friendly guest suite, could be a destination in itself with a granite kitchen, open living/dining, large yard, patio, private outdoor fireplace and fountain, and brick courtyard. A block away are beaches, lighthouse, playgrounds and a seaside park. Beverly has historic theatres, top-notch dining, cafes and microbrews. Boston is conveniently 30 mins away; other attractions like museums, castles, trails, water sports and whale watching are nearby.

This suite is located in the lower level of our home, and you’ll have your own private entrance, queen bed, fireplace, desk, fridge, and full bathroom.

Located on a lovely small lake, the upstairs suite has a panoramic view from the bedroom, a private spa-like bathroom, cotton linens, a comfy bed, A/C and a living room - it feels like an apartment, but no kitchen. Enjoy industrial history at Lowell's National Park, take a forest walk nearby, or drive 10 min. to Nashua for its many restaurants, a casino, or tax-free shopping. We are one hour from Boston.

The Boston Skyline sunsets are beautiful during the summer, just a minute down the street from your Airbnb.
