In der oberen Etage der Wohnung (EG) befinden sich Wohnraum inklusive Schlafzimmer und eigener Küche mit Spülmaschine, Kaffemaschine, Toaster, u.v.m. Wenn man über die Treppe nach unten geht, findet man sich in einem kleinen Flur wieder über den man in das hübsche Vollbad gelangt. Die S-Bahn fährt direkt gegenüber.

Herzlich willkommen in unserem Studio in der Fußgängerzone im Zentrum von Harburg, dem Stadtteil auf der südlichen Seite der Elbe. Es befindet sich im 3. Stockwerk eines Geschäftshauses und ist Teil unserer Penthouse-Wohnung. Unsere Wohnung und das Studio sind aber vollkommen von einander getrennt mit jeweils eigener Wohnungstür, so dass unsere und auch Deine Privatsphäre, lieber Gast, gewahrt bleibt. Das Studio liegt sehr zentral, so dass alles in wenigen Minuten erreichbar ist.

There is a kitchen and a toilet. The shower is in the side entrance. The apartment has a beautiful large window and is very bright and recently renovated. WiFi is available. We are 30 minutes from Hamburg Town Hall (City), good connections. There are shops as well as a pharmacy and restaurants nearby.

Whether the harbor or the famous Reeperbahn, whether city center or the Hafencity with the Elbphilharmonie - from here everything is perfectly accessible. Great restaurants, cafes, shops and bars can be found directly in the neighbourhood. I put my whole heart in the this lovely place.

Durch das Fenster hat man Blick auf den grünen Garten mit altem Baumbestand und das mitten in Altona. Duschwanne hat eine niedrige Decke und aufgrund des Alters des Gebäudes, hört man manchmal die Heizungsrohre „klopfen“.
