yukinoshizukuは建築と自然の調和を理念に設計した貸切温泉の宿です。 エントランスからお部屋、温泉、有料サウナ　テラスはゲスト専用となります。 源泉100％の温泉をプライベートで　ごゆっくりお楽しみください。 ニセコ湯本温泉「大湯沼」　硫黄泉 病気や体調の改善を図る治療法「湯治」をするために古くから利用されてきた温泉です。 標高約600ｍ。HIRAFUから離れた静かな山奥で「奥ニセコ」蘭越町に位置しています。 国定公園内にあり「チセヌプリ」が目の前に見えます。 グリーンシーズンは登山、ハイキング 冬は、バックカントリースキー、スノーボードを楽しむ方の穴場スポットです。 「こんな温泉宿に泊まりたい」という思いから　自分たちで建築、デザインをしました。 日本家屋独自の落ち着く住空間と居心地の良さを体感していただけたらと思います。 近くには飲食店、コンビニ、スーパーがなく お車での移動が必須の場所です。 ※送迎サービスは行っておりません。 建物は右側がゲスト専用、左側はホストのhome officeとなっており、内部で独立したプライベート設計、防音壁となっております。

Asobidokoro is a Japanese modern villa in a quiet corner of Lower Hirafu—just a 15-minute walk to the Grand Hirafu lifts, with a shuttle stop nearby. Surrounded by restaurants and bars, it’s perfect for families seeking a peaceful stay without sacrificing convenience. Inside, Japanese-inspired design meets modern comfort with a sunken dining area, gas fireplace, island kitchen, and utility room. Two bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, including a master with a deep Japanese-style tub.

We accept guests who are 10 years or older during the winter season and 6 years and older during the green season.

Relaxing house by Lake Toya

The house is located in a quiet natural setting, about 30 seconds from the shores of Lake Toya. It has a spacious living/dining room, two bedrooms, and a Japanese-style room that can accommodate up to 7 people. It is about a 10-minute drive from Toya Onsen Hot Spring Resort and Toya Station. There are no restaurants or stores around. Reservations are generally accepted up to six months in advance, but guests wishing to stay for one week or longer will be given priority.

【お知らせ】 一時休止していたレンタカーサービスを2024年1月8日から再開いたします。 4WDのバンを利用ご希望の方は事前にお知らせください。料金など詳細をメッセージでお伝えいたします。 Snow Shack は小さな川と森に囲まれた一棟貸しの小屋です。 冬はスキー、夏はSUPやSkate、BBQなどを楽しめます。スキー場へのアクセスはNISEKO、MOIWAまで車で15分、RUSUTSU RESROT40分、KIRORO RESROT60分です。徒歩圏内にはお店やレストランがありません。ご自身のお車でカフェ、パン屋、蕎麦屋、羊蹄山湧水の水汲み場などローカルスポットを楽しんでください。 隣接する自宅兼カフェに住んでいるので、何かあればすぐに助けになります。カフェは只今クローズ中。ご朝食にベーグル（SEED BAGEL&COFFEE COMPANY）をご希望の方は事前にお問い合わせください。

完全独立型二世帯住宅のような建物です。 1LDKのこぢんまりとした一棟貸しです。 隣にはホストが居住しています。 建物は新しくシンプルです。 ニセコスキー場エリアから、少し離れた静かな別荘地にあります。 寝室１、ベッド２台。 お部屋は1LDKで、2名様までご宿泊いただけます。 ペットは1匹まで同伴OK（ペット料金2000円。トイレトレーニング済みの子のみ可能） セルフチェックイン、セルフチェックアウトで入室退出できます。 町はずれの静かな住宅地です。買い物やレストランへ行くにも、車が必ず必要な場所です。 ニセコの各スキー場まで、車で20分以内。 ルスツリゾートスキー場まで、車で30分。 ニセコビュープラザ（道の駅）まで車で5分。 外に出て、近所を少し散歩すると、晴れた日には羊蹄山や遠くにスキー場が見えます。 ※ニセコ町と北海道では宿泊税が導入されています。

ページをご覧頂きありがとうございます。 こちらは、湖畔エリアにあるガーデン付きのログハウスです。 お家の場所は、洞爺湖の北側、「水の駅」から車で数分の閑静な別荘地にあります。 お家の2階から湖の景色がよく見え、夏期に毎日行われる温泉街の花火も見えます。 一番の魅力は、完全プライベートの広いお庭です。 色々な種類の花、木、果実があり、四季折々の風景をお楽しみ頂けますし、テーブルとイス、アンブレラもありますので、ゆっくりお庭でおくつろぎ頂けます。 すぐ近く（車で１分）のところに町営温泉「いこいの家」があります。洞爺湖の風景と源泉掛流しの温泉を450円でお楽しみ頂けます。 ★ペット（わんちゃんのみ）同伴でご滞在頂けます。 ガーデンは芝生なので、独り占めのドッグランとしてご利用ください。 湖畔まで徒歩７分ほどなので、ゆっくりお散歩にも良い立地です。
